What can I say! Every bit of the service from NL is fantastic. If I ever have questions or queries they are quick to respond and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They offer a seamless service 24/7 which is helpful when incidents happen out of hours. I must give a special mention for Katie at Wakefield Workshop as she is always polite, happy and helpful and resolves any issues I have quickly. Katie and the workshop team are always quick to resolve any faults I have and keep our fleet running with little downtime. Perfect for us as a reactive business.

We have many vans from NL Commercials, St Helens branch, as soon as we have an issue with 1 of the vehicles they are always prepared to service our needs at the drop of a hat, even when we have nobody to take the van to the branch they have no issues and collecting the van and drop it back of to us.

Super easy to hire a vehicle from them. Customer Service via email was quick and informative. We had to extend the hire for an extra week, and this was made super easy by phone and email. We hired from St.Helens and would not hesitate to hire again.

SUPER HIGH late fees for being an hour late.
64 min late for a drop off and charged an extra days rent. not even a small charge for late return just a full day. great way to treat your customers. very aggressive when trying to challenge the charge and treated like an idiot with there explanation and reasons for the charge.
would not rent from here or any other N.L branch. salford van hire for the win.

Our daily hire rate covers 24 hours from the beginning of the hire, however we do offer a grace period of 60 minutes for late returns for no extra charge.
Once this grace period has expired, we incur further insurance charges, therefore another day is payable.
The expected return time is made clear at the time of booking and in this instance, you returned the vehicle nearly 2 hours past the due back time. We did agree you could take the vehicle for the remainder of the second day, however you chose not to take this option.
After speaking to the young lady on reception, she has advised she was in no way aggressive, however we do apologise if it came across to you that way.
