Rented a flat through NMC for 18 months and it was a really positive experience. Nairn and Kerrin's communication is great, they resolve issues in a timely fashion and as tenants we felt we were treated fairly and with respect. We have both rented for years and this is by far the best renting experience we have ever had.

This letting agents (Kerrin and Nairn) proved to be very competent, fast in responding, while very helpful and nice at the same time. They helped us with all the inconvenients we had.

My partner and I experienced the best service from this agency. No pressure while looking around the property, no typical agency lies and nonsense. Great communication and super efficient at replying via email and picking up the phone.

A lovely family-run company that truly buck the trend of the usual estate agent 'experience'. We rented through NMC for two years and can honestly say they are by far the best agents we've dealt with - after several poor (usual?) experiences with other agents, we were quite surprised by their timely responses, willingness to help and general all-round friendliness - all of which continued throughout our tenancy. I strongly recommend NMC Property Management, who now manage 4 properties for us. They have a very “can do” attitude and happily deal with tenants’ niggles and problems that arise with cheerfulness and efficiency. They are excellent at finding tenants and achieving good rents. They also have access a good selection of reasonably-priced tradesmen, who deal with repairs quickly and effectively. I shall continue to use and recommend them.
