Ordered from them many times and have be for years.

Prices/Deals are perfect, Paying for 3 Juices for just £20 is crazy, whereas going into your local corner shop or even specialised Vape shop you're spending £12-£15 for a single bottle (Nicotine shots are usually included)

Insane variety, though I'm a simple guy, if I like a specific juice I keep ordering it and have yet to change from my Black Grape Ice, Yankee.

My two faults, which happens quite rarely is that sometimes they don't always process your order and have to contact them (Only happened on two occasions). I'd also avoid paying extra for delivery as I've done this a few times to see if it makes any difference and it doesn't. Stick to the free delivery usually comes to you on the 3rd working day.

My second fault is that sometimes I've received damaged juices: Cracked, leaked, some without a drippers and some juices half empty with no leakage shown in the parcel/packaging.

Overall I highly recommend No1Ejuice and will and have been continuing business with them.

Spoke to customer service team explaining I couldn't navigate the website and required some assistance to complete the order.
No assistance offered whatsoever.
Pointless having a CS team if they are not helping customers complete orders.

Initially I was told that the tank that I bought was not available in the colour that I chose, and I thought, "you know what, it is okay, I will take another colour". I looked online at the other colours, made a choice, and when I opened the package the design of the tank was completely different and the colour was different too. They forwarded the wrong item, evidently on purpose, and failed several times to communicate with me on the wrong item that they send to me and to resolve it by sending the correct item of at least of a colour that is professional enough to take outside of the house. I am afraid that the "sale" comes with a compromise, you do not know what you will get, and all communication is not followed up. Shame that they are unreliable as a business. Avoid to be safe, there are many others who are better professionals.

Even tho I love this company this time it won't be a 5 star review since 1 of the parts I ordered was a "coil master fused Clapton brebuilt coils which should be at 0.45 ohms but turn out its a 0.7 meaning it runs at 0.45 ohms when using dual. If that is how it's supposed to be, please review or description and make sure the buyer is informed what he's actually buying and not fake description

You sent me the wrong juices, they taste good but still not what I wanted. I tried to login to my account but whenever I tried it just went on a loop and would redirect me back to the login screen. Otherwise, shipping and handling was fine.
