Excellent experience with Noa & Nani. The bookshelf looks fantastic, feels sturdy and well-made, and was easy to put together. The quality is great for the price, and it fits perfectly in our space. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived in excellent condition. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely use Noa & Nani again in the future.

After ordering a bed from this company and having issues with the delivery, the team at Nao and Nani were quick to help. As frustrating as it was having a part missing (and I do think as a company they should look into letting the customer know how many boxes to expect to avoid this happening to others) I can’t fault how the team responded to this and rectified it. Despite the mix up and wait, I would order from them again as the bed and mattress we ordered are lovely.

I have ordered a few items now from Noa and Nani and they have always been great quality sold for a great price. We have ordered side tables and bedside cabinets which have been solid and made of good quality material

Great delivery and communication

Really pleased with the Olsen Storage Bench in Classic White. It looks smart and fits nicely by the window. The storage space is surprisingly roomy, it easily holds our cleaning products and some of our garden cushions, which keeps everything tidy and out of sight. The cushion is comfortable and makes it a practical seating spot too. Overall, a great mix of style and functionality.

We recently bought the shorty bunk beds and mattresses and have to say they are fabulous. Very comfy mattresses and the bed is a perfect size!

My toddler's bed frame snapped in half completely leaving jagged and sharp splinters and causing him to fall to the floor. Having emailed Sunday evening, this was acknowledged Monday afternoon where they asked if he was injured, which is fair enough and got a reply from me straightaway to say that luckily he wasn't but if he'd been alone it would have cut his legs. I had asked for another bed to be sent out as soon as possible as he was on a mattress on the floor. The first email did not provide any indication that they would be shipping out one of their in-stock beds of the same value. After lots of silence from them and me chasing I finally had to move to the online chat where I did get an instant answer from the same person who hadn't bothered emailing me for 24 hours. They said they are dealing with high volumes however I don't think any email should be taking precedence over how serious this could have been. All I was asking for is another £49 (!!!) bed to be sent out same day. After only being offered the same bed, which I now do not trust at all, I'd had enough and asked for a refund. The bed is covered under warranty and is only 8 months old. I've had to chase but all I get is 'management are looking into it'. Wish I could attach the photos of the bed but I would avoid the pine frames at all costs, my son is 12kg for reference. Heard nothing today and don't expect to. Shocking really when my initial email was very nice considering my son had been scared. If you can't put a £49 bed in the post same day when you've been told a child is sleeping on the floor or provide a same day refund I would advise anyone against this company.

The product is good quality for the price and was comparatively easy to assemble; my son loves it. It was dispatched quickly and arrived well packaged.

Fantastic company with beautiful products and excellent customer service

I have ordered my son’s shorty cabin bed with mattress and I received the bed on the prearranged day, but the delivery driver didn’t have the mattress. 4 days later and lots of back & forth with the company I’m still waiting for my sons mattress, which has been super inconvenient.
Based on my experience I’d not buy from them again.

The bed arrived in such a small box and with such small light pieces, that I was skeptical at first. However, the bed put together fairly easy with all the tools provided and was sturdy enough. My only complaint is that it is a little low in height but it fits perfectly into the small box room I bought it for and does the job it is intended for.

Mattress was delivered rolled up for easy delivery and transport. Also on time as specified. You need to open it ip and air it out to all to swell to its intended size. The Mattress fits the Otis bed perfectly and on initial use I have found it soft and comfortable. It also has a Mattress protection you can remove and wash.

Excellent company. Item was sent in super quick time. The bed is great quality and exactly what our son needs as a step up from cot bed to single bed.

Products that are good quality and very well thought out for stylish family living. We bought a desk and it came well packaged and was easy to assemble. The painted finish was lovely and smooth. It feels very durable and great quality to withstand being in a child’s bedroom.
