Premium hybrid down jacket was Slim enough for semi-formal outings, yet cozy for casual wear.

Charlatans! The clothing is of very poor quality and the sizing is totally random. I ordered 5 shirts, all large even though I’m a comfortable medium, and not only are these much to small, they’re not even consistent.

I tried to return the items according to their policy. But instead of issuing an RMA and refund, they offered two different discounts. First for 30% off and later for 40% off, because they said returning to them was “a hassle” and “expensive”.

Finally they sent a label to a location in China that probably doesn’t even exist and would get returned to me in the end after I paid the return shipping (that happened with another retailer).

Do not buy from these people.

*update after the canned response they always send their 1 star reviews - I’ve already escalated this issue with them half a dozen times. They aren’t truly interested in making this right - only it making it appear to others that they are.

Worst in all aspects.
cheap materials and no customer service, i bought clothes and returned them because of the quality and overall fit.
I had to return them straight to the factory in China which indicates that there dropshipping and don't know which clothes they are selling (this became obvious in mailthread where I had to explain them which items they received)

Clothes don‘t look like they do on the pictures. Some of them look completely different. Also, normally size „m“ is my to go size and always fits me. When I ordered my clothes in „Medium“ at Noba, they were super super small and did not fit.

Quality looks terrible, too.

Worse online company to do business with. The sizing was not remotely accurate and materials workmanship very poor quality. I contacted them to return the items and instead of honoring their own policy they wanted me to buy larger sizes at a slight discount. Now they won’t reply to emails anymore.Don’t but with this company.

As a reply to NOBA I have written several emails include in that address and you don’t reply. It wasn’t until I sent this review you replied. You also blocked me on Instagram when I gave you a review there you’re more worried about your image than customer service by far. Potential buyers be careful. I wear a size large in virtually every brand but NOB size large barely fits my girlfriend who is a size small in women’s clothing.

SCAM. I created a dispute with Affirm and reported with others reviews. Hoping I won’t be charged for it and definitely won’t be paying a dime for this thievery.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a shirt from them. I didn't like the way it fit. Their return policy is no questions asked within 14 days. It was well within that timeframe. They demanded that I send them pictures of the item. How is that "no questions asked"??? And now, they've gone radio silent on me. This is an illegal move. They are holding my money and won't grant me a return. This is thievery. I'm looking into legal action as they are pulling an illegal action. BUYER BEWARE. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM RIPOFF.

Ordered multiple shirts/pants in the same size and none of it is standard. Super cheap clothing that doesn’t even match the picture. Site is a scam too, probably will filter out my poor review. Wish I saw here before wasting my money. Lesson learned, don’t let instagram ads scam you

Noba's shirts run incredibly small... like not just a little bit. Like a large Noba shirt is more like a small anywhere else.
It was comical to try to fit into the "large" shirt and when I tried to exchange they refused unless I paid a large restocking fee. Stay away.

*Update: I did what Noba requested below and my email went completely unanswered. No response whatsoever. So their response was just for show.

I bought two NOBA contrast slim fitted polos (black and white) and I was very mad and highly disappointed because they sent me a fake substitute instead!!!

It wasn't 100% cotton nor did the design come close to matching the picture! What a crock of s@#$! No wonder they sold it with a $50 discount each!

The clothing is garbage. The shirt I purchased ripped the first time I wore it. Avoid Noba at all costs.

BUYER BEWARE: This place is a rip-off. I ordered three shirts from here and since it’s an online store, I assumed if something didn’t fit or match the photos I could return them. WRONG. They don’t accept returns. They only allow return for a different size of the same item (I already had ordered the correct size separately) and charge $11.95 for the privilege. Or you can get a 30% discount when you buy another item (which can’t be returned)! Chinese rip-off.

Horrible experience. Late shipping. No communication on their end. I need to return my item and they don’t respond to emails or any attempts at messaging them on their website. If I could give zero stars I would.

IT's a scam. They copy the original NOBA (old-money.com).They send chinese made terrible copy of the real NOBA old money website.

When you receive the crap product and you try to complain they send you to old-money customer service that clearly doesn't know anything about it.

I ordered from this business and received the wrong size item. Mistakes happen — but what’s unacceptable is that they have completely ignored every attempt I’ve made to contact them for a refund or replacement. I’ve reached out multiple times through email and their support channels, and I haven’t received a single response.

At this point, it feels like they just don’t care about customer service or standing behind their products. I would strongly caution others before ordering — if something goes wrong, you may be left with no help and no resolution.

Spent $68 dollars on a outfit they charged my card and I have yet to receive a order number or tracking number very disappointed please don’t fall for there scam.

Typical dropshipping quality and Delivery times. Package was poorly shipped, shirts are truely unwearable, pants are decent. Waste of money in my opinion.

Terrible quality for the price, long shipping time, and they got my order wrong. Please do not buy from here.
