I ordered 4 items and returned 3 and Nobody's child has not responded to my email pointing this out. I have notification that 2 items have been refunded but I need the third to be refunded as well. No phone number for customer service, indeed no phone number at all. What am I to do. Extremely frustrating.
Order cancelled with no reason given
Ordered a dress just under a week ago when there was a 20% offer on their website. I also used my blue light discount alongside this. A dress I’ve wanted to order for a long time so I was excited. Only to find out today the money had been refunded and no reason given for the cancelled order. Very upset and disappointed and won’t buy again.
Helpful customer service
There was an issue with my return (due to royal mail) but the customer service team was amazing at helping me. They were very kind and understanding and I'll continue to shop at nobody's child.

Unfortunately I had a horrendous experience with Nobody’s child. I live in the US and ordered an item, the company pay all the duties etc on your behalf. However when you go for a refund they won’t refund the duties or provide you the documentation in order for you to try get the duties back from the government. Also because they pay it, don’t say anything about it in their refund policy, you aren’t even able to reclaim it as only the person who pays it can reclaim. Their customer service even wouldn’t provide any information so I could at least try for a refund.
Communication problems
I despair with my dealings with Nobody’s Child. Their Customer Service Department is named ‘Here to Help’. It is neither ‘Here’or really ‘Helpful’. The Department is not contactable by telephone only by email and even only between 9-5 Monday - Friday so they are not ‘here’ outside these hours and days which did not help with the speed required to help with my problem.
Briefly I inadvertently returned a Ted Baker item via the Post Office to Nobody’s Child using one of their labels. This was on a Saturday. I was unable to intercept it before its delivery at their Lutterworth warehouse on the Monday, however realising the urgency of the situation I emailed ‘Here to Help’ as soon as I realised my mistake on the Saturday so they could intercept it on the Monday.
No such luck. All I received was the standard email message from them on the Monday that they would reply in 2 days. No sense of action from them.
As a result I have been in contact with Nobody’s Child for over 3 months trying to overcome their inertia in tracing the Ted Baker item of clothing which they received. I even wrote to the Chief Executive Officer, Jody Plows. I have outlined methods in which it could be traced through the warehouse. Alas nothing. This lack of action on their part will cost me over £100 so I would advise anyone having dealings with Nobody’s Child to be very careful with returns to them. Do not expect ‘Here to Help’ neither of the words are appropriate in this case.

Poor quality for higher end price of highsteeet clothing. £4 handling fee deducted for each order return and no cancellation, you also only get 14 days from receipt to return which is a tight timeframe for online orders.. bit of an excuse to rip people off really
Careful of very high postage charges
I used Nobody’s Child for the first time on Sunday ordering a dress for next day delivery and paid £8 postage. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive on the expected date and when it did it was just too large so I have sent it back tonight - being charged £4 again for postage. So a dress that was way too big and arrived late cost me £12.00 with nothing to show for it - a total rip off and won’t use them again
Fantastic customer service
I ordered a dress which when I wore it for the first time I noticed that the pocket hadn't been stitched very well. I had an initial reply within minutes of sending a photo, and RJ got back to me with my options within a couple of days, partial refund issued so I can get a small repair done. Cannot fault the customer service.
Extremely Poor Customer Service – No Response to Serious Issue
I am incredibly disappointed with Nobody’s Child and their complete lack of customer service.
I received my order only to find that the parcel had clearly been tampered with. The box had been opened and resealed, and instead of my items, I was sent two unlabelled dresses with no tags or identification. Royal Mail even attached a note to the parcel, indicating an issue during transit.
I contacted Nobody’s Child immediately to report this, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I have received absolutely no response.
This is not a minor issue — this is a serious problem involving a potentially tampered package and missing items — and the complete silence from their customer service team is unacceptable.
At this point, I am still waiting for a resolution or even an acknowledgment. I would strongly caution others before ordering, as if something goes wrong, you may be left without any support.
I expect a full refund to be issued urgently.

4 stars only because the velvet dress that I purchased started to fail at the seams after only one wash. However the customer service that I received from RJ was excellent. All my emails were replied to swiftly and I received an apology for a manufacturing fault with the dress. I was offered free postage to replace the dress with another order which was much appreciated.

I am a regular customer at nobody's child and I like that they make organic clothing whilst also incorporating lots of styles/patterns/colours that other brands sometimes lack. Their customer service is very helpful whenever I have had a problem or a question they are quick to get back to me and resolve. Thank you!!

Before ordering I couldn't find the info about handling fee for non-UK return, just saw it was 4 pounds for UK - I thought ok shouldn't be too much more than that in euro maybe max 7-9 euro.
I now have delivery so I can actually see how much is the return fee cuz portal only allows you to see once you have an order number and whaaaaaat on earth? For my case 39 Euro it is. Huge mistake - Big lesson learned - I recommend a step back for EU people! It's not like products are any extraordinary...

UPDATE! After complaining, a full refund has been given and order cancelled. Shouldn't have to get to that point though of complaining and causing a fuss!
I was impressed that this company hire dresses. It's useful when looking for something lovely to wear to a wedding that you may not wear again. Unfortunately though I've found the perfect dress elsewhere and decided to cancel my hire order for June. I was told that I couldn't do this. The dress will still be delivered in June and I'll have the hassle of returning it and paying delivery. An absolute waste of time and a complete rip off taking my money for delivery of something I don't want. I've given plenty of notice so it's not even last minute. Would not now recommend this company to anyone. Extremely frustrated.
