Unfortunately my parcel went missing

Unfortunately my parcel went missing, this was down to the courier, not Nobody’s Child. Having emailed customer service, I received a prompt response as well the refund implemented. Thank you.

Awaiting a dress delivery ordered…

Awaiting a dress delivery ordered Friday
Rather perturbed with current reviews eeek

I have ordered in the past from , Roman , whistles , jigsaw and Hobbs always get an email tracking my delivery , when sent when processed etc
All I have to date is an order confirmation
Very disappointed no idea of its imminent delivery and concerned about sizing now I have read reviews .

Dress looked great online.

Dress looked great online.
Arrived very creased and dishevelled.
When I tried on the top part was too big, so I had to return.
I got a “partial refund” with no explanation. I queried the “partial”.
Still awaiting a response - a week later!

Totally unreasonable returns policy

I bought some items online some of which didn't fit. I decided to return them to my local store only to be told I cannot return items bought online there! Really??? What difference does it make to you where I return them??? It does however make a massive difference to me as I now have to pay £4 postage because you have a completely unreasonable and unjustifiable returns policy! If your sizing was even vaguely correct, or even just consistent across products then maybe you wouldn't get so many returns! Sorry, but you just lost a customer and I'll be shopping elsewhere until you change your price gouging tactics on returns!

Non-existant customer service

I ordered a dress and paid for next working day delivery as I was going away and wanted to wear it on holiday. The dress didn't arrive on the next workng day and I contacted Nobody's child at their inappropriately named "Here to Help" customer service helpline. I received a response saying the item was processing and they would update me when dispatched. Nothing regarding the fact that it should have been delivered the next working day as paid for. The dress did finally arrive but despite me emailing them a number of times regarding the money paid for next day delivery I have received no response. I can see from the reviews that this has happened previously and I wish that I had read the many critical reviews before ordering from this company. As others have stated there is no-one to contact to resolve issues. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere.

Nobody’s Child - Brilliant Company

Nobody’s Child offer beautiful, great quality clothes with fast delivery and easy returns (if needed). Whenever I have had any queries about my items, the customer service team have been incredibly helpful and quick to respond, even offering a discount when an item hasn’t been quite right. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone!

Paid for next-day delivery on a dress not even in stock

Paid for next-day delivery on a dress for an event, heard absolutely nothing for days despite contacting customer services, then the order was suddenly cancelled because they apparently had no stock. Completely unacceptable customer service and poor communication throughout. To make matters worse, I now have to wait 5–7 working days for my refund despite the order never being fulfilled. Don’t offer next-day delivery or sell items that aren’t actually in stock.

It took several days for someone to answer my question, but they did send an email apologizing and letting me know they were working on it! RJ was able to get me a specific measurement that was really helpful!

I’ve always loved everything I’ve…

I’ve always loved everything I’ve bought from Nobody’s Child, the clothes are fantastic and I’ve shopped with them many times before. However, as soon as something goes wrong, the customer service is terrible.

I ordered a bikini set and only received the bottoms because the top was apparently out of stock, despite the order still being accepted. I would never have bought the bottoms without the matching top.

I’ve now sent multiple emails trying to resolve the issue and it genuinely feels like nobody is properly reading them. They keep replying asking for my order number and the email address used for the order, even though both details were clearly included in my emails multiple times.

I’m still waiting for proper confirmation of my refund and a resolution to the issue. Really disappointing experience from a company I previously rated highly.

Returned items not logged

I am having great difficulty with returns. I returned 5 items however only 4 items were logged on their portal. Suddenly they can’t find the remaining 5th item worth £85 and are not refunding me all because their own online returns system messed up. If this is not cleared up as soon as possible I will not be shopping with Nobody’s Child again and shouting it from the roof tops that other people don’t either.

In a world of AI, what incredibly human Customer Service

This company not only has beautiful clothes that I have had the pleasure to purchase with such high quality, but their customer service team have been of such equally high standards with such prompt responses and being a human behind the screen. What a company of quality on every layer.

£5 return fee for cheaply made garments!

I'm not impressed at all. Thought this was a better quality brand and was happy to try them out and pay a higher price point for a dress that I can re-wear. Paid £90 for a dress and it arrived feeling like something you'd buy in Primark for £20. Immediate return. They then charged me a £5 return fee. No information of this prior to purchase. First and last time I will be buying from them.

Excellent customer service

One of the dresses I ordered shrunk after being washed, but when I contacted customer service they were very quick to respond and very helpful. They offered me an exchange and opened the window for me to enact the exchange. Costing me nothing to replace the dress for the same one again. They were also extremely apologetic.

I returned an item over a week ago

I returned an item over a week ago! And I’ve no updates at all, so I thought I’d contact NC for an update to be told that there’s been no tracking update for 5 days and to keep an eye on the link yet when I click on link it’s saying delivered! Why should I wait another 10 days to see if this updates for a refund ? This is now not my problem and up to you to provide the refund this customer service does not match the price you pay for these items! Will not be ordering again!

I feel scammed!

I ordered three items (bridesmaid dresses) that did not fit. I have been unable to return them as I do not have a return address. I have sent them two messages, each time they said they would respond within 2-3 days but so far I have not had a response. The telephone number they give you does not work. I tried to ring one of their shops to ask for help but their telephone numbers also don’t seem to work! I am now left with three expensive dresses and have no way of contacting them. Diabolical customer services. Please think carefully when ordering from this site
