Returned an £89 dress and was refunded £80 or thereabouts. £9 to return a frock, which, by the way, NC made it very difficult for me to return! What other company has such a disorganised and money grabbing returns process and policy? Shocking company to do business with.
Great Customer Service
I have had only positive experiences with Nobody's Child. I also find their clothes delightful and have only had to return one now as it really didn't suit me. I am just recovering from a rib operation and I couldn't get out to post it myself and was worried about how to return the dress.Customer service stepped in and a lovely lady called Elisabeth helped me even arranging for a courier to pick it up! No negative comments from me. I've always had lovely quick service from NC and am loving their delightful dresses as well! Five stars! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Nasty company
Nasty company. I have over £400 worth of goods that royal mail was unable to deliver. After speaking to Royal mail they confirmed the goods had gone back to the sender. These people are scam artists , even after they receive goods back in warehouse they most like will not register the return. I am now in dispute with this and am so angry at how long this taking to resolve
Dress replaced
I had a great experience with nobody’s child. I was involved in an assault where I got sprayed with bleach walking home after a night out and it ruined my dress. I reached out to nobody’s child explaining what had happened and they kindly replaced it for me. Such a kind thing to do after quite a traumatic experience thank you NC!
Awful customer service
My order of 3 dresses was not delivered as Royal Mail returned my parcel to Nobodys Child as apparently 'it was damaged'. Despite having never received my order, Nobodys Child are insisting that before I can get a refund they need the returned parcel (which Royal Mail confirm has already been returned!) Had I received the parcel and returned it myself I could totally understand their comments however I have never received the parcel and as far as I am concerned Nobodys Child need to refund me for goods not received. I am beyond frustrated at trying to resolve this matter since the customer service team only accept emails and take days to respond. I have bought a number of items from Nobodys Child in the past but won't ordering anything else due to the awful customer service.
My order did not arrive
My order did not arrive. Customer services were helpful and after exhausting all possible avenues they agreed to refund me for the order. It is a shame as I wanted to wear the order to a wedding abroad.

I have only just started buying clothing from Nobody's Child and on each occasion, I've always received great customer service. And only just now they've refunded a 'next day' delivery charge as I didn't receive the jeans on the date stated. Fab customer service!
Avoid! False Stock Claims and Zero Accountability.
Avoid this company. My experience was extremely disappointing and cost me both time and money.
I ordered three matching bridesmaid dresses for delivery within the EU. A couple of days after placing the order, I was informed that two of the three dresses were actually out of stock, despite being listed as available when I ordered. However, one dress had supposedly already been shipped.
I immediately contacted customer service to explain that a single bridesmaid dress was useless to me. I needed all three dresses or none at all, and I asked to cancel the order. Despite the stock issue being entirely on their side, I was told it was too late to cancel and that I would need to return the dress once it arrived, at my own expense.
As a result, I am now approximately €30 out of pocket in international shipping costs and still have no bridesmaid dresses. The company advertised products as being in stock when they were not, then shifted the financial burden of fixing the problem onto the customer.
If you are ordering for an important event such as a wedding, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, their inventory information is unreliable and their customer service does not take responsibility when things go wrong. I will never shop with this company again.
Hidden costs of returns…
The cotton smock-type top I ordered was incredibly baggy and shapeless despite having looked elegant and fitted in the images online. I decided to return it having understood returns were free. Please note they are NOT free as you are charged a £4 handling fee and lose the £5 delivery fee. So it costs £9 to return an item. Avoid.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - trying to exchange an item which it says is possible on their website but doesn’t come up as an option during the return process - no reply to emails for nearly a week. No reply to previous email about another item. No obvious number to call or chatbox to use. Would not reccomended online purchases for this reason
Great customer service and support with issue
I had an issue with an item I ordered and the company was quick to come back to me with different options for me. RJ from customer service was particularly helpful and understanding and made the experience much more pleasurable.

The shorts were tagged as 14 but inside the shorts they say 12 so incorrect item
delivered . I would never EVER order from them. Steer clear as they are not cheap !
Really disappointed in yhe quality of…
Really disappointed in yhe quality of the dress I ordered - considering the price! From first appears it looks great, but looking closer at finer details like the buttons, its pulling apart and not made very well. Unfortunately cut off the tag before I noticed the buttons and quality.

RIP off merchants . Paid 62.80 for a dress , returned it as made if tissue paper and didn’t fit , they’ve just informed me I’m getting 53.60 back … oh and at a snails pace , it will take up to 10 days . I returned the dress 7 days ago .. no explanation .. nothing
In an age when reputation matters and there’s so much consumer choice , they seem intent on destroying themselves from within
I won’t use again as it leaves a nasty taste in the mouth ..
