Placed an order for two brushes and a set of hair bands. One brush and the hair bands came as orders but the other brush came in the wrong colour. Sent an email hoping to exchange the brush for the right one but no reply. Nevertheless, the brushes work well and I would repurchase again.

Using the the lilac dreams set is definitely the experience. I love the shampoo brush! I love how stimulates my scalp. The Detangler has been an excellent addition to my wash days. I love it!

Skeptical at first...
I was doubtful when I held the brush in my hand since it felt so stiff but I was wrong about the brush. It worked so well as I brushed on my leave in conditioner, and layered the rest of my hair products for my hair routine. Plus the ease of cleaning this brush makes it a new favorite of mine.

Best scalp brush/shampoo brush I have used!
Best scalp brush/shampoo brush I have ever used! It won’t go mouldy like others that have a plastic case and due to the lengths of the bristles it doesn’t drag all of my hair around it does just focus on the scalp. I have bought another 2 for my sisters. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely the best brushes I’ve ever bought! I’ve spent an absolute fortune on brushes in the past, never again!
These brushes are fabulous value for money, but after just two uses I’m hooked, they went through my frazzled, bleached, frizzy hair SO easy!
Very little shedding too!

Best Customer Service
I ordered my curl essentials kit on November 29th of 2020. After a month of not receiving my package, I was skeptical about NoKnotCo and their validity. But, I gave the benefit of the doubt as we are in Covid times and I live abroad in the U.S. But I still didn’t receive it. So I reached out to NoKnotCo. And as soon as I reached out to Kaye, the customer service rep at NoKnotCo, my order was re-shipped! She was so thoughtful, empathetic, and helpful. I couldn’t ask for better.
As for the product, it is amazing! Truly made a difference for my 2c hair texture! Definitely worth the bucks!

Amazing product!
Amazing product!! glides through my hair wet and dry so easily, this has cut my usual detangling time of around 5-10 minutes to about 1 minute. I have 2b/c curly hair that I only brush on washday and it doesn’t get stuck because of the bend in the bristles. Honestly amazing, well worth the purchase would highly recommend!
