Great products and great service.

I wrote twice and never got a response or solution. I didn’t get my products and I haven’t gotten any refund.

The detangling brush is amazing, the comb is faultless and the scalp brush is not how i expected, it may be down to user error but i find that it actually knots my hair through use and clumps it up, which i then have to try and detangle. Great products, would definitely recommend the brush and comb!

So cool and gentle on hair. I really enjoy using it as a wet brush in the shower. Also very easy to get hair off of it, which is a plus.

Order pink set, paid £30. Looks great on Instagram! Cheap looking products, colour of set didn’t match, cheap pouch, I couldn’t gift it or keep it. Long process to return and at your own cost. Unsubscribed and unfollowed!

After the bad experience I wouldn’t come back, I lost time and money customers don’t forget.

Fab brush, perfect for detangling my 4c and my daughter’s 3b hair.

Nice brush does a good job of detangling my hair but if it’s very windy and I have bad rats I have to gently wile my hair is wet pull those apart with my fingers for the big bad rats, I also have chin length hair and am newer to keeping longer hair

The hair brush is great for my long, thick hair. My hair is pretty much straight with a bit of a wave but gets so knotty especially near the roots. I can use this easily in the shower once conditioner is on or as I blow dry or when dry. It’s perfect for any time and eases out knots smoothly. Plus how the brush contours to your head is lovey- like a head massage. 10/10 recommend. I bought it as I tried my friends who recommended and nearly didn’t get one due to the price but 100% worth it!

I look forward doing my hair because this brush is ouch less ! I have purchased the pink and purple set ! Great for kids with curly hair

Great brushes to help detangle my curls when wet, I got 2 black ones (gentle and flexi detangler) Great when I was taking out my braids and wanted to wash and condition my hair.

Love using this brush- both in and out of the shower, on wet hair. So much easier to get the knots out painlessly! Thank you 😊

The shampoo brush didn’t necessarily meet my expectations, but I do love that I can really get deep into my scalp with it. I absolutely love the lilac comb and Gentle Detangler. It never hurts to comb through my short wavy hair with the detangler.

The account is so nice put the delivery take long time to receive it

Very pleased with the products and delivery time / service.
I would say that the packaging is very basic, nothing environmentally friendly about the packaging and these days it's so easy to swap plastic for paper. That's the only reason for 4/5 stars. Product quantity is exactly as seen in pics and my curls are definitely more defined. Very pleased
