The staff are super helpful
The staff are super helpful, they explained all the risks associated with my destination, they had a wide range of appointment times available, they also went through all the vaccine options with me.

Really lovely nurse who told us exactly what we could get where and how much it would all cost. She explained everything really clearly to me and my 15 yr old son. We were too late to get the jabs done at the GPs but I'm really glad we came to Nomad.

Provision of vaccination records for GP surgery
Nomad used to notify the patient's GP surgery of vaccinations after an appointment, so that patient records were consistent and correct. This service is no longer available, which is more onerous for the patient and potentially less robust.
It would also be helpful if staff could provide a printed list of all vaccinations in a course, rather than one list per appointment.

Fantastic nurse - took lots of time to go through our vacs requirements and when we had the jabs I didn’t feel a thing. Amazing. Nomad need to keep records of vaccinations - they rely on the persons paper records for previous histories of inoculations. Otherwise superb service

Top class service.
Right from the start you are made welcome. The staff go through everything with you, explaining which vaccines are required and which are recommended. They do not force you to have any vaccinations and will not give you vaccinations you do not need.
I would highly recommend Nomad to anyone who is traveling abroad and require vaccinations.
