Ordered item 27th June - nothing received and no reply to email requesting an update - totally unprofessional company, next stop trading standards- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Further update- this company Murrell Trading Group has been liquidated ( per Companies House) but are still taking money for goods which they have no intention of sending - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Further in light of the response - I have just checked again, Murrell Trading Group International Ltd, ( with BN postcode) dissolved Feb 2024 so if you’re still trading, and Companies House is wrong, then where is the product I ordered and/ or why do you not reply to emails sent to you?
If your company has been dissolved and money is still being taken, it is fraud plain and simple.

Further update- item finally received, but no communication or apologies from the company so won't use again. I suggest you check them and the reviews out and if your happy then order from them.

Absolutely terrible service - avoid at all costs!

I really must get in the habit of checking Trustpilot before ordering from people! The feedback here tells a story doesn't it?

Initial response to my enquiry as okay, goods were okay, no issue with that, but just try and contact these people after they have made the sale - they never answer emails and they don't pick up the phone. I too needed a vat invoice for my purchase and after many emails and phone calls, still no response.

There are many people selling these types of goods, do yourself a favour and give these a swerve. Spend your money with people who value their customers and run a professional service.

Placed an order on May 30th expecting 48h delivery as per the website. It’s now Jun 15th and no order or response to my email. Very disappointed. Will not use this company again.

Received the ordered goods. But then No reply to my several emails requesting a vat invoice.

As the requirements in here are to describe the most recent experience I will have to admit that after the bad experience we have last year I was giving this guys another chance, and then another chance, and another chance.... and guess what?!
They did not disappoint, by far the best prices for the stuff that I buy, and if sometimes things go off the rail, Zara will sortit out for you!
When you getting things at this price it might not go as expected 100%, but it worth the wait!!
All the best guys, and definitely you will see me again!!

Falsely advertised goods. Bought an item advertised as new and received a broken, used and dirty item. I strongly suggest avoiding dealing with this company.

Very disappointed. I should have checked the review here before ordering. 56% (one star rating) with minimal response from the company is speaking for itself. Poor communication. The spokes person mentioned that I need to order by 4pm to get the next day delivery but could not see that when I ordered. After this bad experience, I checked on the web. There are many websites & companies sell similar products of same quality for similar or better price. However, they have an excellent delivery and return policy (in case if you change your mind). For example: Amazon clearly states the date when you get the product and a good return policy. Lessons learned in a hard way. I will check all other places first.

No reply through emails and doesn't answer phone number

I had an order from 2 December until now didn't arrived

Ordered and paid for items 30th October, been emailing since 8th November, not one reply, don't answer the phone, asked for money back last week if goods couldn't be delivered as over the 30 day limit, still no goods or my money back or any contact from company. Will be reporting to trading standards, diabolical service.

Item never arrived! Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Have emailed and called neither have been answered. Have claimed money back from card company as no replies

Ordered the bird spike kit to keep pigeons off tv aerial. Ordered on Tuesday kit was delivered on the following Friday. Installed spikes on Saturday. So far, no more bird droppings on pathway, so fingers crossed. Kit was good quality and easy to fit using the plastic ties. I did have to bring aerial down to fit spikes to awkward and high to do in situ. Overall service, quality, and price very pleased with.

We had a problem with pigeons perching on our TV aerial and leaving lots of messy droppings on the path and cars below . . . the 'TV Aerial Bird Spike Kit' from no more birds arrived a few days after ordering, was simple and easy to fit (using the cable ties supplied) and has completely solved the problem . . . with the left over spikes (I bought the large kit) I also fixed the an issue with pigeons perching on an arch over a garden seat. Very happy with the product, the price and service.

Purchased from Murrell Trading (also trade under the names No More Birds & No More Pests) on ebay. They didn't supply what was ordered or advertised and ignored emails. Also sent a leaflet requesting reviews to be left on ebay, Google, Amazon and Trustpilot. Strange that a company who ghosts their customers would invite then to leave bad reviews, but who am I to argue.

Ordered goods 30th July & still waiting. No response from phone or email. Would avoid them like the plague!! 😡😡

Our business had a serious issue with pigeons flying in and around the entry doors. A call to No More Birds, a meeting which detailed very clearly all options, then once a decision was made, the implementation of service was put into place. We are now into at least 3 years of working with this company, and have had nothing but great results from their service delivery. This issue will be an on going one due to the dynamics of where we are, however NMB have greatly reduced the issues we have experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is dealing with bird issues, especially pigeons, and we will continue using them for a long time to come.

ORDERED THE PIGEON SPIKE KITS FOR MY FENCE AND HAVE PROVED TO BE A GREAT BUY. I WAS PLAGUED WITH AN AWFULL MESS OF DROPPINGS ON THE FENCE AND PATH MAKING IT UNPLEASENT TO WALK BY. NOT ANYMORE.
