ORDERED THE PIGEON SPIKE KITS FOR MY FENCE AND HAVE PROVED TO BE A GREAT BUY. I WAS PLAGUED WITH AN AWFULL MESS OF DROPPINGS ON THE FENCE AND PATH MAKING IT UNPLEASENT TO WALK BY. NOT ANYMORE.

My small garden was plagued by pigeons, attracted by the food I put out for small birds. Until now, I’ve been using an old plastic sauce bottle as a water pistol.
Ordered an Owl with Moving Head on 28 April 2021 and it was delivered by Royal Mail on 30 April 2021.
Results are mixed. As soon as the pigeons saw it they were off ! Later, a few returned but flew off again when I lifted up the owl. I filled the owl with water and placed it on the garden table. The pigeons disappeared but after a while it seemed that more pigeons than ever were in the garden, having realised the owl wasn’t a threat. As I type, there are no pigeons in the garden.
My overall view is - partial success and definitely worth the money, if only for the fun of having it in my garden !
I think the solution is either don’t put out any food or use the water pistol along with the owl.

Easy to use website, very competitive prices and rapid delivery

Comms wasn't as good as we're used to these days, no despatch info etc but order arrived 4 working days after order (not bad in covid times) and when we chased up we got a quick response from the owner who'd looked into the order and informed us that the order was being delivered that day (which it was!). Products were spot on and just what we needed, all at a good price!!

I have had excellent customer service from this company where the staff go above and beyond. The products I ordered were top quality and the communication about my delivery was very good. I will definitely be using No More Birds again.

Product ordered was unsuitable, contacted several times by phone and email but no response.
Returned product but it has now come back to me via Royal Mail.

I ordered several items from this company, none of which have been delivered. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, sent emails, none of which have had a single reply. It looks like a lot of people have been burnt using this company.

Placed an order - 4 weeks later no goods have arrived; they never respond to emails or phone messages. Phone never gets answered. How I wish I read the Trustpilot reviews before I placed the order. Either this is a scam, or the most inefficient and inept company in existence!

Tried multiple times to make contact with No more Birds / Murrell Trading
No response if you need any assistance. No V.A.T invoice so you will lose the VAT.
Recommend you use alternative unless you want to gamble everything will be fine.

DO Not USE. Useless company. Paid for next day delivery and eventually arrives 10 days later after much chasing with parts missing. Still waiting on the missing parts. Don't try phoning as they don't answer. No invoice. What happens to the VAT I paid ? HMRC now notified.

Do not order from this company!!! I placed an order 6 weeks ago which has not arrived although money was debited from my account. I have emailed, phoned and sent a message through the website and have had no response. I am really unimpressed. I have paid about £80 and no idea how to get my money back. I am about to buy the same product from another company and I wish I had done this initially and saved a lot of hassle.

Having supplied this company with the precise dimensions of the area I needed to cover, I Followed the advice given by the online 'Live Chat' facility and I ordered their recommended number of Anti Pigeon spikes. They arrived within a few days but I was disappointed to find that their professional judgment was way out by almost 50%. This not only meant that I couldn't get the job done in the day that I'd set aside to do it, but I now had to order the same amount again and wait for it to be delivered before I could continue. I would also, no doubt, be charged a second set of over priced postal charges for my troubles. But then my troubles began, because trying to communicate with this company was a nightmare. Emails were unanswered, As were phone calls which just cut off without even the facility of being leaving a message (which probably would have been ignored anyway). The online 'Live Chat' leaves you waiting for an operator to come online for hours on end and if you are lucky enough to get somebody who finally responds, the live chat session seems to end when you ask a difficult question. I wished I'd read all the other poor reviews here before I used them. Bottom line is, buy elsewhere, its not worth the aggravation.

Absolute shambles of a company, (If they even exist).
Paid for goods online waited the 3-5 days stated. Nothing only online chat available no one to answer phones or email. Said 7-10 days, still nothing. Apparently they resent but 2 weeks later still nothing arrived.
Waiting for a refund...……..Lets see how long this takes?

I ordered 16 days ago but have not received the goods. They do not answer emails or phone! Not a company I would recommend!

Placed an order with this company. The goods never arrived. Tried to phone on several occasions with no answer. Managed to get in touch through chat. They refused to reimburse. Note to self check the reviews before spending money

Ordered products on Monday for next day delivery it’s now Saturday and still haven’t received and they are not responding to my phone calls or email but money has been taken
