Allhumdulliah myself and my family completed Hajj, but we were completely abandoned by the group during since we arrived in Makkah, whilst we did Hajj and when we went to Madinah, the group leaders the father and son were horrible people and I am appalled at how they behave especially as the duty they have been given by the people and most importantly to Allah to look after the Hajis.
The group is run by a family, the leaders being the father and son, the sister and brother and brother in law all take part in looking after the group.
My sister got ill during the Hajj and we were abandoned, even fed lies that we would be sent help and we waited for this and it never came. It got to the point that I feared speaking out of turn as they felt like corrupt people.
I don’t want to speak too much negativity due to not discouraging future Hajis, but I would advise to not use this group.
I don’t pray for the downfall of these people or the group, but I pray that they learn to do their job properly and have some humanity to do it properly or to stop running the group.

Went umrah with them back in 2017. Was a delight cheap and cheerful package. Very professional to deal with.

I went to Hajj with Noori Travels last year. While saying Alhamdullilah for being able to complete my Hajj, I feel the need to also highlight to future Hajis that the owners, father and son in particular, of Noori Travels are (sorry to say) probably some of the most horrible people I have ever come across. This was shocking considering we were all there to perform Hajj, at the house of Allah SWT, so to see such behaviour from Muslims was unbelievable. I don't feel the need to go into the details as I want to, in fact I have, forgotten the horrible parts due to the people involved and I just remember that I have now completed a command of Allah SWT which I hope and pray He accepts from us all. Please choose your agency wisely as Hajj is already meant to be a test and a trial so it is best to try to, at the very least, be in the company of people who truly represent Islam and the way in which Muslims behave in general and with one another. I hope this helps.

Noori Travel is SUPER company who was very supportive in all process of getting Umrah Visa for our Pakistani Passports. We did umrah 2 years back. They kept us informed all the way. They got our visa in 3 days only. They were very respectful to us in correspondence. Now we again want to go for umrah and I have again contacted Noori Travel and am sure that we will get our visas hassle free again through this great people.

I have used Noori travels for Umrah visas for a while and Alhamdulillah they never disappoint - quick service and good communication.

We travelled with Noori Travel for Hajj 2019. This was my family’s first time going for Hajj and we decided to go with Noori Travel based on another family members recommendation.
This review is going to be quite long so I hope it helps any travellers in deciding whether to go with Noori Travel for Hajj.

Booking 5/5 -
Booking Hajj was quite a simple experience, we worked with Amir who booked everything for us and told us everything we needed to provide.
The one constructive feedback I would provide is, Noori Travel should have a customer portal where we can search for updates. It can be difficult to constantly chase to find out if your visa has been completed etc. A customer portal would help with this greatly as you can view that info yourself.

Travel 4/5 –
We were travelling from Edinburgh > London > Jeddah. The flights that were booked were not connecting flights. This meant that we had to collect our baggage again from London and queue to check-in & security. There was very little benefit in doing it this way and added more work for us as travellers. Please add connecting flights for travellers.
As this wasn’t a connecting flight, we actually missed our flight back from Medinah (it was delayed by 1h) as we had to collect our baggage from London, change terminals, check-in and go through security again. Having just came back from Hajj and a long flight, you can understand why this is quite exhausting and could have been resolved quite easily.

Accommodation 5/5 –
For a 2-star hotel it is fine. We weren’t expecting 5-star treatment. It was very close to the Haram both in Makkah and Medinah. About 5-10 min walk in both cities which was great.
The rooms themselves were clean and had A/C and a fridge. It doesn’t have a security-safe but you can leave your belongings at reception that will lock it away. We just locked our belongings in our suitcases.

Food 5/5-
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was provided at both hotels in Makkah and Medinah. Unfortunately, my family isn’t a fan of rice and this is what was provided at lunch and dinner in both cities. We decided to eat out most days. We did not complain about the food. We’re here for a spiritual journey, not to complain about the food. Food is also provided in Mina and Arafat. Thank you Noori Travel for providing for us.

Transport 5/5
This is where Noori Travel shined the most for us. The entire trip was very well coordinated and Noori Travel made sure we arrived at each destination on time and also explained what we would be doing at each stage of Hajj.
They also provided a complimentary bus which no other agency provides from our hotel in Makkah to Mina after the first day of stoning. This was very much appreciated as we were exhausted after a long day’s walk.
They also made sure everyone was accounted for and made every effort to accommodate for everyone’s needs. Thank you Noori Travel for the excellent service you provided here.

Summary –
As long as each individual ensures they have done their own reading and learning before embarking on this journey and remembering the one key word ‘Patience’, Insha’Allah your hajj will be an amazing experience. Remember that you have been invited to Allah swt house, so do not complain throughout your journey. If your bus is late, do not complain, if your food is late, do not complain. Just say Subhanallah, this is what Allah swt wants for you, it is your test.
We kept this in mind throughout our journey and Alhamdullilah it was the best experience of our lives. We will remember this forever and we would like to thank Noori Travel for helping us with this journey.

Useless ,nonprofessional and inexperienced staff..very poor transportation ,food and hotels especially in makka..not a single one of the staff have the minimum knowledge about Sunna...if you looking for perfection just don’t bother to use their service..hasbouna Allah wa ne3ma al wakil..

Second time using Noori Travel to book an umrah package and I wasn't disappointed. Booking for a group of 7 friends, Mohsin handled and booked everything for us and it was done without any problems. The staff over there were very helpful too and we didn't face any difficulties whilst we were there. Inshallah will definitely use these guys in the future aswell.

This was our second time with noori travels.They arranged everything for us from Manchester to Makkah to Madina and back.All transport ziyarats were booked and we had no hassle .I would surely recommend Noori Teavels to anybody reading my review.

Our experience during our trip was excellent, the hotels were in close distance from the Holy Mosques. Ziyarats were not included in the original package but the Noori Travels representatives in Makkah and Madina helped us to complete ziyarats swiftly. Very grateful to Ammarah from the Peterborough office for helping everything flow so smoothly.

I take a package for Umrah for two weeks between 25th October and 8 November Mrs Ayesha was arranged the package she was very fast and very helpful also we find the package as she was promised with us . I would recommend this agency if someone can go to Umrah so you can ask for Ayesha

Booked with Mr Shoaib and he assisted us throughout with the booking of flights, accommodation and visa.
Room for improvement: Makkah staffs on the ground need more organising. Driver didn’t pick us from airport so we took a taxi to hotel, however staff waited for us at hotel refunded us the taxi fares. This is however not a major issue and misunderstandings happened all the times and our umrah experience was wonderful.

I’m very pleased with Noori Travel and would recommend to anyone looking to book with the company.
