Really good hajj package 2018, thanks to Noori to make my holy journey memorable.

Setting up umrah package with Noori Travel was a good experience. All the aspects were taken into account i.e booking of flights (selection of seats), umrah visa, booking of hotels and travel arrangements in KSA. Manchester branch manager Awais and his staff were really helpful and supportive.

Staff at Medina (Sabir Ali) was very helpful and went extra mile to provided us with step by step guidance, starting from checking us in the hotel, Ziyarats and leading us to the ladies gates to facilitate my daughter. He is really an asset to Noori Travel. However, the staff at Makkah (Amir) did not make any contact.

Overall it was a good experience and everything was provided as promised and I will definitely recommend Noori Travel.

Booked hajj with a different company but it was Noori travel who took us for hajj. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any company. They are a very nice family run business and they looked after us every step of the way. I honestly could not recommend them more. They even helped with a dispute I had with the original company. Me, my dad and my brothers ended up being friends with them and I still visit them and speak to them after hajj. Inshallah our friendship will last no matter where life takes us. I did not feel at all like they were a business but more like they were friends helping us through our Hajj. Amazing service.

Mr shahbaz help us getting our baby nic card and i was so amazed the way i have been treated and how easy he made all process with in a week we got our baby’s nic card with out going or doing any thing so a big thanks to brother shahbaz and also to noori travel for such a helpful and accurate work 10 out 10 from me thank u again God bless

From arriving at the airport to getting on a bus back home every thing went smoothly.The pinnacle for me was when our Hajj guide took us as a group to see the Kabah for the 1st time ... I still get emotional about it

Asalam Alakum, this was my first experience going for Hajj. We initially looked at other Hajj and Umrah Travel Agencies and their packages but Noori Travel and Tours had the perfect package that suited all our needs. We booked the three weeks Deluxe package, which was for two weeks in Macca and a week in Madina. This was a non-shifting package meaning that we did not have to take all our belongings from the hotel when we travelled to Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah. Hajj Visa, Hajj Draft, Kurbani, Accommodation close to Haram in Macca and Madina, Full board ( Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), Laundry and Air Conditioned coaches.

Once the Visa had been approved, Noori contacted us to come and collect the passports and the extra things they were providing for our Hajj journey eg Ehraam for men and women, Ehraam belt for men, a crossover bag, backpacks, Thawaaf thasbee and digital communication devices.

The hotels in Macca and Madina were not even 5 minutes away from the Haram. Macca hotel was a 2*, basic sharing room and a small bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. However the staff were brilliant and we felt like they were part of our family by the time we left Macca. The hotel in Madina was a 4*, a big sharing room and a big bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, Pakistani toilet and a basin. We were very happy with both hotels and a good service provided. The food provided was exceptional and of a wide variety all three times. The laundry service was brilliant and available daily. The tents in Mina were very comfortable and everything provided. The experience In Arafat and Muzdalifa was breathtaking. Ziiyarath was a pleasant surprise in Madina because it wasn’t part of the package.

If I could improve anything it would be the WIFI in the hotels because connection was very weak and only available in the reception area but not the fault of the Noori team. I would have liked more input towards lectures and Islamic talk. I would have liked to have had the chance to be taken to Jabalay Rahmath.

All in all an amazing experience provided by Noori Travel and Tours. I cannot say an enough Thank You to Awais, Ammarah, Kamran, Amir, Zia uncle, Zakir Bhai and The Cooks. They have become part of our extended family. In Shaa Allah I pray to Allah SWT to bless the Noori team with success in this world and the Hereafter. Ameen Sum Ameen

Noori travels, name to trust.. I totally agree... Alhamdulillah we were honoured to have the opportunity of doing hajj2018 through Noori travels, which have otherwise been quite difficult for us...
Unlike many,we had a very hardline boundary of time and days limitations, on which we couldn't compromise.. Most of the agents said they'll "TRY" to comply by our limitations.. but we wanted confirmed answers..
We wanted our passports back with hajj visa atleast 2 weeks before, and not just a day or two before, Alhamdulillah Noori travels gave us their word, they gave back our passports before 2 weeks and they were true...
As we had to travel to dubai and come back after receiving the passports before our hajj journey, we wanted the confirmed itinerary, and Alhamdulillah Noori travels gave us everything, the flight details and the timetable, so we were able to put things in place Alhamdulillah.
An agent from different travel agency told us that even if we book a double room,at the last moment we might have to compromise, and Noori travels gave us our room numbers whilst we were still in UK, SubhanAllah, no chance of compromises now!
One of the best things was about sacrifice, there r some compromises related to slaughter houses in mina,but Noori travels arranged their own private firm for qurbanis and handled very responsibly, SubhanAllah..

To make the service even more better, i think there should be a personalised Aalim, more bayaans and taleem going on, especially in the ladies (a lady waaizah) and more updates in the update groups..

Very organised and helpful throughout. Felt safe and looked after throughout. All ground taffeta friendly and helpful. Me and some friends got left in hotel when going to Mina. Easily contacted and took extra step to get us to Mina. Very much appreciated ! Tent and food was good in both MAkkaha and Medina

Alhamdollilah very satisfied with the services provided by the Noori travel.Got visa within no time. All the travel arrangements were very good and up to the mark. Hotels both in Makkah and Madina were just 5 minutes away from Haram. The best thing was the availability of food 3 times a day and laundry services. Special thanks to brother Mustafa for his efforts and kindness. Overall very good experience and i will recommend Noori travels to a friend and will use their ssrvices in future for umrah and Hajj InshaAllah.

At first we didn't know about Noori Travel we were told by another Travel Company so we were not sure what we will get for the Package we bought, we just wanted to make sure that we were close to Haram in both cities and package was full board as we knew there will be long queues near haram food areas.

Noori travel took care of everything so we could easily concentrate on our spiritual journey and spend time in prayers easily. The provided printed material and travel package was well thought and helped us during the whole journey specially the Arafat day duaas and what to do during that day. Also the Software used in mobiles had our tickets, travel documents and other printer material so we didn't have to carry any printouts.

Both hotels in Makkah and Madinah were just few minutes from the Harams and easily accessible so even after every prayer we could come back to hotel and relax. Hotel in Makkah was 2* but we already knew it and only needed it to shut eye for a while between prayers. Buffet in both hotels were amazing and it was organized by Noori not the hotel, we were astonished with the variety provided, also after Hajj days they arranged to feed us the Qurbani meat in buffet which was a good gesture usually haajis do not get to eat Qurbani meat.

In Madinah we got to see other groups came from the UK and how their agents arranged their meals and transport we were happy that we chose Noori as our process was much easier and quality of product was much higher than expected. The Ziyaraat was not part of the package but they took us to all major ziyaraat anyways with no extra charge.

Noori's Staff who travelled with us and the other whom we met in Saudi were all very polite and well behaved, they made sure all our needs were taken care off. So if we get the chance to go again we'll surely choose Noori InshaAllah.

Very helpfull guided me with my husbands application for his card kept me updated each step very happy with service will use for my own application next year and recommend everyone to use their services well done noori travel 👍

I didn’t go Hajj but my mum, brother and sister went with them this summer and they have nothing but praise for the Noori Travel mashallah. All the way through booking, admin, travel and connections, and the actual Hajj days, they were helpful and very well organised. As a relative I was very grateful for the constant updates- the WhatsApp group was a genius idea! My mum sends her heartfelt thanks for the whole experience.
