Kamaraan from Noori taravel has been bery helpful in getting my travel arrangements done although there were some conplications intially but eventually Kamraan got everything done. Reccomended

I am writing to confirm that I truly had a great expereince with Noori Travel. I had to Visit Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on an urgent basis and Noori travel worked so hard for me and managed to get me a Umrah Visa within 48 hours. Really really impressed with the service I received from Noori Travel & Tours. I only needed a visa for Umrah but my situation was complicated by the fact that I had to travel via Abu Dhabi (7 day stopover) as my wife is from there and further complicated that my wife couldn’t get her visa until I had mine..... Saudi embassy will only issue to the country you are resident in. Ammarah assured me that it wasn’t a problem, checked the dates of the latest time I could submit (bearing in mind the new Saudi 15 day rule) and once I had my visa issued scanned me a copy so we could get my wife Visa without me producing a hard copy of mine. Everyone I dealt with were fantastic, friendly and seemed to really care about their customers. I would not hesitate in using Noori again. Thanks to everyone, especially Ammarah.

I must say that I’ve been to Umrah with a few different agents but Noori has definitely outclassed all those. An absolute 5* review from me with 19 family members travelling (yes 19!). I’ve previously been involved in a Hajj scam with a different company so I’m always sceptical but sister Ammarah really put me at ease with ATOL certificates easy access to payments and direct access to invoices. The service at Makkah and Medina was outstanding with support from English speaking representatives and even the transport. I’ve seriously tried to find a fault but I couldn’t and would recommend Noori to anyone planning for Umrah. The key part I found to this journey is having someone one point over there when needed and truly that support / service was given to me.

Shout out to sister Ammarah again - and thank you for making this a memorable experience and journey.

The MOST trustworthy company to book your Hajj and Umrah packages and obtaining visas. All of their communications was on time and it was in accordance with the cost they told us. Very honest and reliable. I recommend to all you will not be disappointed.

I opened Noori travels website last weekend as I was looking for Umrah visa only and was approached by Shoaib through pop up chat on their website. He dealt with my request straight away and response from him through phone call and emails was just brilliant. Went for Hajj in Sep 2016 (2 Weeks Package). Service was great, loads of helpful package extras that you may not get with other 5* packages. They were very organised and timely. The team in Saudi (Munna and Co.) were very helpful and always at your service Great experience doing Hajj with them. Price/Value for money 5/5. Would definitely recommend.
