From our initial phone call to enquire about an Umrah package we got a sense that we were dealing with a company who cared about it's customers. They were very helpful and responded to all our queries promptly via email/phone.

When we finally decided to make our booking Sister Ammarah was able to tailor our package to fit around our work holidays and we also requested to fly our from our regional Airport which was arranged.

Once the itinerary was sorted we sent in our passports and they were returned to us within a week with our visas along with all the paperwork and contact details we needed when we arrived in Saudi.

The flight timings were great so we didn't have to wait around for too long at Airports. We requested hotels due to their proximity to Haram as we were travelling with a child and wanted to make it a little easier to walk to and from the Haram, again sister Ammarah helped us select appropriate hotels in both Mecca and Medina.

Once we arrived in Jeddah our driver was waiting for us and quickly got us to Mecca where brother Amir was waited to welcome us at the hotel. Once in Mecca we arranged with the transport team a date/time for ziyarat for when it suited us. Then it was time to travel to Medina we made contact with the driver who promptly arrived on time and assisted us with our luggage and got us safely to Medina.

In Medina brother Sabir was always available and arranged for our ziyarat with a driver who was very knowledgeable. All the Noori staff I met in Saudi were very polite and helpful. Especially brother Amir in Mecca and brother Sabir in Medina.

The communication once in Saudi was great with someone checking in on us every few days and we always knew we had someone to go to in case of issues.

Overall I would definitely recommend Noori Travel and I myself would have no hesitation in booking my next visit to Mecca with them.

I booked my most recent umrah package with Noori Travel in December 2017. I spoke to a young lady by the name of Ammarah , who helped create a tailor made package for myself.

I was a lone traveller and sister Ammarah re-assured me that everything would go smoothly by the grace of Allah SWT - and without a doubt all went smoothly Alhamdulillah.

I dropped off my passport at the London office in the morning, I received a call the very next day after 4pm and my umrah visa was ready! I also received the Ihram free of charge along with other gifts (which was a nice gesture). All my documents were given to me in a very well presented case and professionally done.

My package was ready within 2-3 days and I flew out thereafter. All my transfers , ziyarats and hotel check -
Ins were spot on and arranged without any issues or difficulties.

Noori Travel have agents in both Makkah and Madinah , and they are easily available for communication if one experiences any issues or difficulties.

Overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend/use noori travel again for my future excursions to the Holy Lands Insha'Allah.

From the very first phone call, Noori travel, in particular Ayesha, have been extremely professional and efficient. All queries and questions were answered swiftly and informatively, and the booking process was very smooth. Ayesha called to confirm receipt of documents as well as return. We posted our documents on a Monday and they were returned to us with visas by the Friday. Can’t thank these guys enough. Will definitely be using them again and recommend to all.

Travelled for Umrah with Noori Travel for the first time. The umrah visa was stamped well on time. I must say from the airport arrival till the airport departure i just could not stop myself from praising them. Everything was professionally managed. The hotels , the transport each and everything. We had initial conversation and agreement with a company in Tooting which promised a package but later on they changed the package detail (hotels, flights etc) which we then have to re-negotiate and came to an agreement, at this point I were not aware of noori travel, it was revealed later in some document exchange.
At Jeddah after spending 4~5 hours in waiting and facing immigration then I came to know that my luggage is not there, at this point I saw noori representative there shouting to move to the area closer to buses, when he came to know that my luggage is not there then he got more stressed and said to me "forget your luggage and I will buy couple of those long shirts (saudi style) for you", this was shocking to me and I refused his "generous" offer. I saw him in panic as he was shouting at other airport staff and they just ignored him, eventually we reached to complaint office, there again noori representative attitude reached to a point where complaint officer asked him to leave the counter and then I worked with complaint officer to complete the complaint. We waited in bus area for more than an hour, buses from Jeddah to Makkah were ordinary ones, from landing to boarding on buses in 6~8 hours noori only provided a bottle of water when we boarded on buses.
Hotel in Makkah is the one closest after all those well known hotels closer to haram, this is a big advantage as after doing tawaaf you may feel tired and thats where closer hotel will benefit you. Internally although we were told its a 2 star hotel but my experience it was not worth considering for a star, in a very small room four people were asked to stay, in that room we only got 4 single (very slim) beds and a fridge, carpet was so disgusting that I kept my luggage on one corner of the bed. Washroom condition was pretty pathetic. Food was not provided by hotel but noori arranged something by themselves, as they were bringing that food from a further location so it was cold in initial days, most of the times I had to choose a least worst option in food and at times I just lived with pickle and bread. I complained to the staff but they seemed non-concerning and no improvements. Food was very ethnic, don't expect any sort of british standard. Toaster stopped working after a day or two and they did not bothered to replace it.
During the Hujj days all the individuals who were supposed to deal with operational arrangements were also doing their Hujj so there was least amount of operational support, we had least support from management in these days.

Suggestion for Noori:
1. Noori representatives kept on asking to "Have patience" to all Hujjaj but they (noori representatives) were edgy and impatient most of the times. Improvement in this area will create a friendly environment.
2. Don't create any discrimination between the ones traveling with a female and the ones traveling alone, we all paid and expect equal treatment.
3. This group was from Britain and should be considered from Britain, management kept on treating it like this group is from some part of pakistan.
4. Hire professional people with some PR experience as current representatives had no idea what they are talking and how they should deal with certain situations.
5. During this visit I realised certain individuals from management got personal with certain Hujjaj, these individuals needs to be trained/coached as how to professionally deal with certain tough situations.
6. There was a whats app group created and seems like primary purpose of this group was communication, certain individual started using it to appreciate noori but at other times when certain individuals had some complaints then noori reps attitude was of defiance, looking at this situation I quitted that group as it was causing more annoyance. I would suggest noori management to create different whatsapp groups, one strictly for communication, one for complaints and one for general feedback and information sharing.

ASWK, I must say that I was very nervous going on my own for hajj, without mehram. It was my first experience ever ! I had taken a big decision but by Allah's Blessings and the able leadership of Noori travels, Alhumdullilah I was immensely satisfied with this amazing journey. My Hajj was a great success, without any hitches, Subhan Allah.

The whole tour right from the beginning to the very end was well planned and organised.

We even had the luxury of sitting in our own home and attending online seminar through Utube. That was not only clever but convenient as it saved us the travel time; much appreciated !! Thank you Noori!

Noori team were at our service 24 hours of the day, always around to help and advise whenever needed and ensured that we were comfortable. We were the lucky few whose laundry was being taken care of as well !! Can we ask for any more?

We had a delicious buffet spread in Mecca and Medina. The food and services were super in Mecca. Our boxed meals in Mina were great along with all the drinks, fruits and deserts and the hot tea and coffee.

I was particularly impressed with all the paperwork Noori did for us, all very carefully stapled in our passports in a very orderly manner.

Although our hotel in Mecca was 2 star but we definitely got the services of 5 star, Alhumdullilah.

We were also extremely lucky to perform hajj with such a wonderful group of fellow Hajjis; we were like one big family, supportive of each other at every step!! At a time and place when we were away from our own family, our group members came to our aid with soothing words, duas, thought and care. I never felt alone or missed my family even for a moment.

Our family was most satisfied and happy getting updates of our journey from the beginning right till the end. As they were anxious about my welfare, this constant contact on What's App with the family was absolutely brilliant!!

I have definitley made some friends for life and we even plan to perform Umrah together with them and with Noori in the near future, Allah willing.

I shared my experiences with my family and friends who most certainly will use Noori in the future, Inshallah.

Suggestions for improvement: My disappointment was not being able to spend 8 nights in Madina as I was not able to perform my 40 Rakats salah. For future please try to add 8 nights in your package whether Hajj or Umrah.

When we were deciding which company to go for to perform Hajj very few had outstanding Trust Pilot reviews like Noori. We didn't know anyone who had travelled with them but felt reassured after speaking with an advisor on the phone and swiftly receiving all the information we requested.

They really do have all the big things sorted which makes the basic package feel like much more. They offer a very generous goody bag but also provide all the paperwork we needed to ensure we had a smooth trip. Food was provided at the airport before we left and on arrival at Jeddah whilst we waited for the coaches to arrive. All the transport throughout our trip was comfortable and with breakfast, lunch and dinner included it really did make life easier in Makkah and Madinah and over the Hajj days. The package includes Qurbani and is non-shifting making it an overall hassle free experience. Hotels in both locations were very close to the Haram and although basic, had everything you needed.

There are lots of little extras and surprises that Noori will be add to your trip which makes it all the more enjoyable. Hajj is a very unique experience but we can definitely say after speaking with others who went with different companies that Noori went above and beyond most to ensure we had a wonderful time. A special thank you to all the team, your patience was admirable!

We received first class services throughout our journey in London, Dubai, Makah and Madina. We felt we are with our family. Mr Zia Mustafa and Mr Awais Mustafa are very dedicated and make every effort to smoothen the process of Hajj. Special thanks to Mr Awais Mustafa for taking us to Kabah Sharif and guiding us through the process of touching the walls of Kabah. It took only 3 minutes to touch the walls of Kabah. If someone wants to go Hajj or Umrah the Noori travel give you best services ever.

I performed my Hajj in August 2017 with Noori Travel. I would like to thank the whole team for their outstanding effort and service throughout the journey.

The booking stage was very easy and straightforward, the team was very informative .All the information regarding flights, hotels and logistics in Saudi Arabia were made very clear and questions were answered very promptly.

 Moreover at the booking stage I informed the group that I have a phobia from lifts and asked if I can be offered a room on the first few floors of the hotel, they promised that they would and they have definitely delivered.

Two weeks prior to departure we were issued with our passports and goodie bags as promised. A live online seminar was streamed on YouTube explaining all the logistics and what to expect at each stage of the Journey from immigration at Saudi Arabia to the hajj journey.

On the day of departure were greeted  by the Noori team at the airport, were they have provided each individual with their security clearance card and simcards. Moreover they offered lunch and beverages to all the group and their family and friends. The SIM cards was a supplement that Noori provided for their customers to avoid the very long queues in Saudi Arabia.

I stayed at the Burj  Al Sultan hotel which is approximately 5-8mins walk from the haram. The hotel it's self is very old and in need of renovation and the rooms and the wash rooms are very small. However this was made very clear to me at the time of booking and on the Hajj contract. The hotel staff were friendly, professional and helpful.

Food, fruits and beverages were readily available and plenty to go around for everybody. We were even told that we are entitled to bring guests to dine with us at the hotel.

Several seminars were delivered during our stay in the hotel in Makkah on how to perform hajj.

The tour guide performed Umrah and all Arkan  Hajj with the group and they were always happy to help and guide other group members who wanted to perform arkan Al Hajj on their own.

Noori Travel were very organised during the Hajj days and they kept the group informed at all times. The tents in Mina and Arafat were very comfortable and each group member was provided with sofa beds in Mina. During our stay in Mina, we were provided with plenty of food at each meal.

In Muzdalefa, Noori Travel provided sleeping bags, which were very helpful. This is a supplement as other tour operators did not provide this.

On the day of Eid, Noori representatives were present at the slaughter house to perform the sacrifice on our behalf and offered the men in the group the opportunity to join them. Noori also provided an update to each individual when their sheep is sacrificed so they know when to remove their Ihram. For the future, it will be very good for Noori to higher more staff at the slaughter house to speed up the process.

We stayed at The Mukhtara International Hotel in Madinah which is classified as a 4 star hotel. The hotel was nice and the rooms were more spacious and again 5-7 mins walk  to the prophet's mosque. The food was nice and again plenty of food to go around for everybody.

Two nights before our departure we were invited by Noori for a farewell party to the dates farm. All Hajjaj were able to purchase dates at a reasonable price. We then had barbeque dinner, overall this was a very enjoyable evening.

The return journey to London was also very smooth and organised.

An additional service that Noori Travel provided was the creation of a Watsup groups for the Hajaj's friends and family and they provided them with updates  at each stage of the Journey. Moreover relatives who were not able to contact their family, Noori arranged a contact and confirmed their wellbeing.

Overall I had an amazing experience with Noori Travel their Staff in the UK and Saudi Arabia are very helpful, friendly and professional.They have delivered everything that they promised and at each stage went well and beyond to accomdate their customers and deliver an excellent customer service.

I would definitely use them again in the future for Umrah and Hajj and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Another recommendation for Noori Travel is to offer other hotel options Like a 3 star hotel and a 4 Star Hotel as well as 2 Star Hotel and 5 Star Hotel in Makka.

It was very fast and helpful service.
