I was charged as well for this application, I WANT A REFUND and I am within 7 days of the renewal process. NoPing is so unclear and not transparent at all!!!!

My plead to you: DO NOT use noping! Their software is riddled with TROJANS and they're certified SCAMMERS. Right after I subscribed, they tried to rob me of $3,000 using my credit card info on several stores. Protect yourself and spread the word!

URGENT WARNING: Avoid Noping software at ALL COSTS! They are SCAMMERS of the WORST kind! 😡 Don't fall victim like I did. Use GearUp Booster instead for a reliable experience. Trust me, your time and money are too valuable to waste!

They’ve charged $64,9 for 2 years now, and there’s no way of cancellation, i’m a 16 year young boy who works a lot, and this is where my money goes, BIG SCAM. Can’t refund or stop the transactions.

Getting charged 70$ for 3 years now, after dozens of attempts to end my subscription through their website and email "support" (responded to me 9 months after i reached out) and they responded with a link to their website which doesnt work! This company is a joke, a scam, and some say its a virus (Antivirus did mark it as a TROJAN). If you sign up for a "7 day free trial" you will never be able to end it. Also my ping doubled while using this. STAY AWAY!

Tried to make it work. I used it the first time and couldn't tell if it was working so I restarted pc. Then when I tried starting noping again it wouldn't launch. No window would open. I tried to uninstall it and then it asked me a bunch of questions which I COULDN'T skip because you had to click the "validate" button to validate the answers (WHY?). When I tried to answer the questions then it would just say error try to answer in correct tone, answer question correctly, etc (AGAIN WHY? CAN'T I JUST SKIP THE UNINSTALL QUESTIONS). I had to use an external uninstaller to completely uninstall the program without using noping's existing uninstaller.

Im a student, with part time job, after trial 7 days, they scam 64.9 usd from me with no inform, i send message to support but no one answers. I cant refund, it's half salary of month. Dont try this app !!!

these dudes literally dont let you uninstall
they literally watch your PC to see what response you give, I've been trying to uninstall for 1 hour now and they're giving me a survey I never agreed to with specific answers I cannot get even when being completely honest(edit I finally got the garbage off my PC and it took so long because of a question where they asked me if no ping reduced my ping and I answered "no", they only let me uninstall once I answered "yes" they're literal scammers AND ON TOP OF THAT the guy claiming they installed viruses were RIGHT I did I virus scan and found viruses in a folder called "notification center")

Very scummy, injects a virus into your pc that shows popups on desktop that are scams, now i have to reset my pc, wouldn't recomend to my worst enemy, also heard that it can charge you an annual subscription if you canceled your trial. The virus is in a folder called "Notification Center" check reddit before installing theres hundreds of people complaining about noping

scam, I asked for a refund and to remove the subscription from my account after they took my money from my account after the free trial, contacted them through whats app and contacted them again and they don't even respond. I am afraid of it paying again without my consent. Look for another app, this is a scam. I can't even remove my card from the site.

After NoPing issued a refund, the refunded amount appeared to be on hold. Then, an hour ago, the amount was automatically charged again. This is extremely frustrating. Additionally, my NoPing account still shows that I have 363 days remaining on the subscription. How can I retrieve the refunded money that has been recharged without my consent, and what steps should I take to resolve the subscription issue? Please provide immediate assistance to rectify this situation. Thank you.

Last year we subscribe to Noping, and after we cancel, we’ve been charged again this year! It’s clearly stated on the account that it was cancelled, then why did they charge again? Under what grounds? scam much, they get your payment details and charge you again even when a cancellation is made.
Also, they do not answer their messages. We contacted them on the same day and it’s been more than a week and no reply.

Do I need to expect a charge next year again? Because it’s cancelled again but Noping will keep charging and not replying to their customers?

I want someone to contact me ASAP and a REFUND IMMEDIATELY!

I contacted them right after being charged $65. but they did not resolve the issue and responded extremely slow, they even deleted all the support chats asking for a refund. And now they are saying that after 7 days of charging, there will be no refund. They are scammers

so i made a purchase for 2 weeks of no ping and a couple days later it charges me 65$ for the annul one
i DID NOT MAKE THAT purchase it did lower my ping by 4-8 ping but it charged me a total of 65 dollars that i didn't even do and if you cancel your subscription if takes all your access from noping complete bs
