DONT INSTALL it, my antivirus started going crazy, I right clicked and opened the window it went to the different file path where there was a few dll's, an application, and a file that started with "crypto". I was lucky and my antivirus nuked it.

It installed something called "Notification Center" in C:\ProgramData which is a hidden folder, they hide it in task manager as to the naked eye looks normal since its called "notification.center.service" and its only possible to fully delete these files if you can find it in task manager as the app uses its files to run in the background 24/7.

I requested a refund, but they claimed I didn't read their policy, despite the fact that I canceled the subscription before uninstalling it from my computer. This company is a scam. This app is trash, you literally cannot uninstall it unless you answer SURVEY CORRECTLY??? Who had this idea in my mind and why? And why I cannot use my personal opinion in that survey? It's literal scam, don't ever use it, don't give them money and don't even install it.

Started getting brazillian adverts randomly popping up in the middle of my screen whenever this was open in the background. After uninstalling, the adverts "magically" disappeared.

Oh also, ping didnt change at all and was slightly worse even.

Dont even consider buying this, if the rest of the 1 star reviews didnt deter you already

being charged is a scam, noping is scam, I don't understand my money is still deducted when 65 dollars even though I canceled it, I tried the 7 day trial a long time ago, maybe just 4 days Before, I loaded money onto my card and didn't pay attention. My money was accidentally and inexplicably deducted. This made me very angry. I tried to submit a refund request and hoped they would refund. Give me my money back, I haven't used it since I bought it, 65 dollars is a lot of money for me

As others have stated this is a complete scam. I canceled the service last year and was surprised to receive a new charge 7 days ago. This was after receiving emails that I needed to renew my account if I wanted to keep the service.

I contacted support and they said since it wasn't within 7 days they could not do a refund but I contacted them 5 days after they charged me so this was a lie. There is no way to delete your account or payment information so they will keep trying to sneakily charge you in the future. The only way is to contact your bank.

The service was okay while I used it but this cancellation process has been so awful I cannot recommend ever giving them anything at all. Terrible company.

update: noping plant virus into your PC called notification.center.service.

update: they sent me email in Portugal, then ask me to go their Portugal website open ticket then email other department (they simply set up barrier, they actually speak english and have english website)

then they said : refund is not approved because of me, i did not cancel the trial plan before it end. the fact is the charge me for 1 year subsription on 6th days, 5th if you count timezone. while they says the trial is 7 days. they should not simply charge people for 1 years subs, its illegal. IF it is legal, then charge everyone for 100 years is better.

so they blame me, pretending i request for approval and then they reject it. so they change the fact they scam.

*in their website, they force you to fill a lot of details, and write 100 words reason for let them approve, refund is impossible, no matter what you write
