I am pleased to share that I have received a refund through Trustpilot, a platform where my concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently. However, I must express disappointment with the unhelpful and unfriendly customer service experience encountered on the noPing website. Despite the positive outcome on Trustpilot, my subscription remains active, which holds little value for me as I do not utilize the service. Additionally, I received a refund for the gross price, excluding transaction fees and tax. As such, I intend to proceed with a chargeback request for the outstanding amount.

I used their trial and they charged my card before the trial ended. Stripe support answers that they can't do anything. noping support answer after 3 weeks:

Would literally give it 0 if I could. Customer service is non existent. They are taking monthly payments from me as well as already taking a yearly sub. I have tried so many times over the past 8 days to get hold of someone to fix this or cancel and I have had absolutely no response from them.
Their VPN does work, the app is crap and buggy. Their website is even worse and believe it or not their customers service is even worse again.
