Customer service communication is not…

Customer service communication is not great. Not possible to reach by phone, waited 2 hours on the line in total.
The email communication is unsuccessful,were not able to sent a simple invoice / any confirmation of the purchase. The order was just sent, without any papers, nothing via email either and customer service was not able to help after multiple interactions.. it should not be this difficult to communicate with the internet shop

good communication, reliable shipping

initially there was a delay in confirmation, but when i inquired, i got a reply in a few days, and the items were shipped shortly. If it had been urgent I may have been slightly displeased but in fact the prompt reply and the general handling was very pleasant. shipment arrived shortly after, in very good condition, and the product is exactly as it seems from the pictures/description. nice touches on the packaging. I have ordered from here several times already and have overall a very good impression.

Favourite site!

Fantastic site & easy to use. Excellent range - I can always find what I want. Prices are very competitive. Service is fast and the items are always packed well.

Quality and Service I can trust…

My first order with Nordic Nest went very will, delivering a quality made bar cart, well packaged and within the expected delivery time. I then placed a second order for candle holders and accessories in April and it too arrived as promised and quickly. I now feel comfortable trusting that I will receive excellent products as advertised and plan to continue ordering from Nordic Nest.

It's not ok that i have to call in…

It's not ok that i have to call in several times to get my refund bk and to my suprise the lady writes an email that i can have all the money bk as it was there fault.
But that is a LIE as i have to get bk the money bk because i refunded the products.

I'm never purchasing from here again and i don't recommend Nordic Nest.

Fee for Returning an Item

I find it quite weird that they charge you for returning items. "one of a kind in the online shopping industry"

Impossible to return items

Dear all
Be 120% sure you need your items, because if you don't or you like me received a double shipment, where one of the items is broken, well then too bad.
The only way you can return an item is if you download an external 3 party app called "Klarna" and return the item through that app?
I tried to go through this return nightmare, but no order showed up on the app.

So now I am stuck with a broken board, I never in the first place wanted

They fixed it nicely and really fast!
Top rating from me, very customer orientated.
