Really happy with the service from Emma, there was a problem with size but this has been sorted lovely slippers would recommend.

Although it took longer than anticipated( my fault as impatient) the blankets were soo soft, absolutely beautiful and very well made. I am very impressed with them and therefore well worth the wait. Customer services were very good too, and answered each of my queries promptly . Thank you soo much

Website and ease of ordering. Communication from staff was awesome and so helpful and courteous.

There was an issue with my goods (the size was US and not UK so do check when ordering!). When brought up with Nordic Peace they dealt with it perfectly and managed to impress me with the way it was resolved. The quality of the goods were great for the price so there was no issue at all with that, Just make sure you are getting the correct size!

I loved this coat but the arms were too short. I had concerns about the shipping process which I raised with the company and they said they would take on board. My concerns were resolved satisfactorily and completely, thank you

Not a great company. Labels themselves Canadian, but they ship from China. They give you the run around with returns. Also, they only post positive reviews on their website. Completely ignored my 1 star review and kept it off their website. Do not buy their cutlery as it fades and scratches up. Customer Service takes over 2 days to respond to each of my emails and then will not directly respond to my request. I think customer service has been trained to give customers the run around. Awful experience and I would suggest you stay away from this company. Emailed the company on December 28th, 2025. Customer service continues to give me the run around. I am still waiting on a response that they will issue a full refund. Very dishonest.

Ordered slippers for Christmas but arrived afterwards (ordered on 17th Dec) and also didn’t realise the sizes were US and not UK so slippers too small. A customer services manager contacted me when I asked for a refund and she dealt with the situation very well so happy to leave a positive review based on the great and quick customer service I received. I can barely even give 1 star - the slippers took ages to arrive. I was not aware they would come from China, they are poor quality and not true to size. The cost of sending them back is more than the cost of the refund. Really disgusted and want everyone to know how bad the slippers are, really poor. I am going to write as many posts as I can on social media so other people are not conned into buying this rubbish. Very disappointed.

Just be aware that they tell you a date of arrival but my items was 2 weeks over due and when they finally arrived the material was shocking I’m sure they drop ship from china because the material is crap and thin

Trash slippers. Arrived 3 weeks after order was placed. States it's a Canadian company but they ship from China and they even say "MADE IN CHINA" embossed right on the bottom. Arrived at my doorstep with loose threads in the design and in the stitching where the sole attaches. Eight days after getting them the sole is already starting to gap and pull away from the rest of the slipper. Suck butt Nordic Peace

Cheap rubbish from china! Received a pj set for Xmas. Cheap horrible material with the tags cut out! Feel awful that someone has spent their money on this for me

Absolute scam company - save your money and give them a miss!

UPDATE: They might offer returns but you need to pay for shipping and they want it tracked. Also returns go to a warehouse in Brampton, Ontario - not Montreal.

UPDATE: The company offered me a refund if I would note that they responded to this and provided a refund. Refund recieved so there you go. I will say customer service were very responsive. However they also have no returns process because it's just shipped from a warehouse in China, so suggested i donate or dispose of item. This is precisely why I was trying to buy from a Canadian owned small business. I recieved the items today, will be sending back to their head office. The "satin silk" pajamas have no label saying what they are (which I don't think is allowed in Canada) but they feel cheap and smell chemically, DEFINITELY NOT SILK.

Ordered from Nordic Peace based on advertising that this is a Canadian company. In fact the items are being shipped from china (and yes, I know most things come from china but i was trying to buy local). I should have know something was up based on price. But really the masquerading as a Canadian company (and at some point uk based company based on other comments) feels very off. I feel cheated and will not be buying from them again.

Nordic Peace needs shut down. I placed my order on 12/12 with the promise of a few days shipping. I never got a shipping notification weeks later so I reached out because this was a Christmas gift. They told me shipping is taking longer due to the holiday. Christmas passes. I reach out again because I STILL do not have tracking info. They send me a tracking link, but it doesn't show that the item has even been shipped. It is now 1/3 and the order arrived to my house in PA. Return address on the label is PA. It took them 3 weeks to ship within the same state??? No, they never shipped it when they said they did. The product was also merely bagged rather than boxed so it arrived damaged. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as to my bank for Goods and Services Scam.

There is nothing Nordic or Peace about these products. They ship directly from China, which takes ages, they are cheap and nasty and the sizes are not as advertised. Cut off for returns is 02/01/2026 (today) so wasted money and slippers go into the bin! As per other posts, don't get suckered into flash instagram posts, it's a con!

I ordered some slippers as a gift for Christmas but a bit late in day so was worried they wouldn’t arrive. I was kept up to date with the delivery time and they arrived in plenty of time. Lovely slippers, soft and cosy and true to size.

I was tempted in to ordering from this company from a smart online advert ! The slippers took an age to arrive and when they did they were not of the quality I was expecting and came from China. Rather than gift it as a late Christmas present I have given them to a charity shop. The company has done the right thing though and refunded me in full which is honourable . I'm sure they must sell some decent products given the positive reviews but do your research folks .
