I created a Trustpilot account specifically to leave a review for this "company."

Firstly—and most importantly—the business is a Canadian front for AliExpress products sold at a sizable markup, but they couldn't be bothered to have their merchandise drop-shipped to a local warehouse; meaning your items are shipped straight to your address from overseas.

This means, of course, that consumers will deal with delays, as the overseas shipping situation is dubious. I would be ok with this, since their website displays, in large print, a generous shipping guarantee for a partial refund in the event an item doesn't reach you within 25 days. Please consider this review to be your warning that the business will not honor that policy.

I tried numerous times to reach out politely by email but was only responded to after threatening to report their business to the OPC. The response was canned, and it made no attempt to claim responsibility, nor did they honor their stated policy of a partial refund for items not received in a timely manner.

TL;DR—Overpriced Chinese junk sold by Canadian scheisters.

When I saw the jacket I asked a question about sizing as I prefer a generous fit. I was reassured so went ahead and bought. When I wasn’t sure where my package had been delivered, Alice at the customer service centre was very helpful. I’m delighted with the jacket as I need something that is more lightweight for travel.

Ordered in early Dec. Now it’s 27th and order BOT arrived. Very very disappointed and would t recommend to anyone

Expected shipping within at least a week. After 14 days I opened up a ticket with them asking when my order would ship and I haven't heard anything back from them in the last 5 days.

I would avoid this company! There is no customer service or communication from them.

i ordered a product on the 14/12/25. it was a birthday present for my daughter. there wasn't any indication of delivery time when i placed the order so i assumed it was like every other off the shelf product i have ordered in December; i.e. it would take a week. it is now the 23rd of December and i think it's in China. i believed it was a UK based operation. i emailed the "support" team but it took days to get a response.
the blanket eventually arrived on the 30th December. i ordered a similar quality blanket which was cheaper and it arrived within 2 days so i was able to give that to my daughter on her birthday. however, i think it's fair to state if you are not in a hurry you will not be disappointed with the quality of the product.

I think the company should let you know that shipping will take a while. I ordered 2 items on Dec 9, thinking it would be here in plenty of time for christmas. It is Dec 22, and my items are still in New York. I ordered from Texas. So sadly I dont think this christmas present is going to show up on time. UPDATE: Even though I did not recieve the item on time, my wif was pleasantly suprised when it did come. The quality of the items are outstanding and the fit and finish is very nice. Nordic Pease did reach out and apologize and the personal response to me made me a repeate customer. Good Job Nordic Peace!

I placed an order on December 10th and it did not arrive until December 30th but received a really nice apology note from Nordic Peace and I am amending my review based on their responsiveness and the fact that I did receive the shipment and was really pleased with the product.

A really lovely company selling gorgeous items for the home and things to wear. I bought some slippers for my niece, who I know, will love them.
Great service.

Really disappointed with the whole experience. 16 days to deliver a pair of slippers that have padding hanging out of the sole. I was hoping these slippers would be a special purchase, but was saddened to see that the items appear to be widely available for a fraction of the price on a number of Chinese online retailers... no surprise to see that the slippers are made in China and even shipped from China. Lesson learned and shall not bother again with a website that offers empty promises. UPDATE... the company responded to my review and did offer a refund for the damaged slippers. So customer service and support is certainly more positive than the rest of the buying experience.

Hi, honestly their products are not same quality as shown on website and contrary to what they imply it is not Canadian products at all.
When I asked if they were Canadian this is what I received back; "All of our products are designed in Montreal, Canada, and we work with fulfillment centers in Europe, the USA, and Asia."
My order showed coming from international destination and then it could not be tracked a few days.
The socks come loose in a plastic bag with snags in material.
The utensils are individually wrapped in plastic with a very cheap plastic container.
Extremely disappointing.
They want me to videotape the socks to get a proper refund.
I've asked three times now for a return address to return products and keep getting a run-around asking me again what I want to do without supplying a return label or address.

Run from this company and do not order cheap out of country products wrapped in plastic.

In response to Nordic Peace. I stand by my review.
I have never had to send a video where a company requested access to my videos. It cost me $31 to send damaged items I received back to company.
I had to send a copy of tracking number to you. It took about 35+interactions to finally receive a refund which is still pending.
Response from you were always at midnight. Not Canadian products.

Excellent customer service from Nordic Peace. When I mistakenly duplicated an order that my daughter had just placed they responded promptly to my request to cancel my order and the money was back in my account within three days.

This company stinks! I ordered a Nordic Lamp. It is cheap & tacky and worth a fraction of what I paid for it. There is nothing 'Nordic' about it (even came with stickers showing its true origin). I chose not to return it and add to the carbon footprint (and based on other reviews here, unlikely I would have received a refund). Instead I gave it a 1 star review on their site. They have not published that review. I won't use them again and would advise anyone to avoid it.

I ordered the fluffy slippers as a gift for my daughter. They are of good quality and I am very pleased with them. I can also commend customer services who answered my question promptly and helpfully. I can recommend this company.

These are the perfect house shoes. I had been looking for the right house shoes for years. I slip into these in the morning, and often find myself wearing them all day. I look down at the hearts and smile. Love the colors, durability, and comfort.

Swift delivery and was kept in the loop throughout the delivery process. Items arrived as expected and were in perfect condition

The Golden Hour sunset lamp- My lamp arrived today. The cutest little lamp and it puts out so many beautiful hues. When I am missing that “Golden Hour” due to the cold weather, I can turn this on and get my fix. Great job.
