I asked to have the skagenrora put on ice. It has mayonaise in it and I said I would pay more if necessary to put it on ice. It came room temperature and I have no idea if I can eat it or not. I bought two and do not know what to do with them

As stated in our terms, while we do our best to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition, our packaging may not be sufficient to keep items cold during the warmest months, especially when the destination is overseas.

Excellent Swedish e-shop based in the south of France.
This Shop is very reactive. I had contact with a very charming person to get advice on an item. She spoke Swedish and English and a little French.
I received fresh food in a very securely refrigerated parcel and very quickly, thanks to DHL Fresh express.
I recommend for authentic Swedish food.

We apologize if you experienced a delay in shipping. You probably hadn't noticed in the information regarding deliveries that packages containing refrigerated products are only sent from the beginning of the week until Wednesday. This is because the package would not accidentally be left along the way for the weekend. Your order was placed on Wednesday afternoon and the DHL driver collects the parcels about 13:00 every day. But as it was sent our following working day Tuesday, your Kalles kaviar arrived refrigerated and in good condition the next day.
