Dear Mrs Ramier, thank you for review. We are sorry if you feel disappointed but we have done all we can to assure the condition of the chocolates. Our premises are air conditioned and the parcels are even kept in refrigerator before they are sent. So all the candies and chocolates are always in perfect shape when they depart.
But unfortunately we have no control in what kind of conditions the parcels are kept during transit. Especially if a slow shipping method is chosen the parcels are likely to be exposed to non air conditioned environnement during longer periods. For shipments of chocolates during the warm months we recommend DHL Express to prevent melting.
However, we hope that your patronage will continue in the future as well.
