Service was great and company kept me informed of travel and entry to premises on a regularly basis. Booking, payment etc. made very easy. Can recommend.

The booking process was easy and we were kept informed and supplied with all the information we needed right up to the day of our stay at Bay Tree Cottage in Dersingham.
Bay Tree Cottage was a delightful property set in a lovely village setting. The cottage is decorated and furnished to a high standard with everything we needed for our stay. It was perfect for us and our two dogs. We absolutely loved our time at Bay Tree Cottage and hope to be back!

Our break in Norfolk was completely ruined by a sewage spill on the property! Nothing worse than sewage spewing out of three drain covers and we had to leave ! The cottage was actually nice and well equipped apart from towels! The owner thought we were coming Saturday to Saturday when clearly on the website it was Friday to Friday although thankfully no one was in the cottage so we were allowed in! We only really wanted it from Friday to Monday and having bought and paid for that we were then contacted to say sorry no short term let’s so we decided to buy the rest of the week and made plans to see our friends! Then a sewage tsunami and we had to leave on the Monday anyway! We were given about half of our money back and I didn’t think that was right for our ruined holiday and Norfolk holidays then didn’t respond to further communication! Make your own mind up! If it goes well fine but when it goes wrong it really does.

This is a cosy cottage with a private courtyard. It is within easy reach of the broads and north Norfolk coast . Very well equipped. I would however take my own towels next time as the ones provided are very small .

Hall Farm barn. A huge holiday home with the attention to detail on everything that was provided.
A fabulous comfy holiday home in stunning grounds. Close to beaches, lovely villages and local pubs.

Great booking website. Property was as described. Good value for money

In the heart of the Holkam Hall estate in north Norfolk. Peace and tranquility, small but beautifully formed.

Straightforward booking process; excellent communication from the team; spacious, well presented & well equipped, if somewhat quirky (in a good way) accommodation; well located for all the amenities in town - in particular the beach and coast path.

Very comfortable spacious property. Extremely well equipped and very comfy beds. Kitchen one of best equipped ones we’ve been to. Lovely welcome pack too.
Parking bit of an issue with more than two cars but is possible with on road parking.
Wouldn’t stop me booking again.

Beautiful accommodation...Norfolk Cottages were so helpful when we had to cancel our holiday last year and let us transfer to this year. We loved our holiday so much we've booked to go back to The Penthouse twice next year.

The accommodation was splendid, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped, large enclosed private back garden, perfect to keep the dogs and children safe and within sight, and a lovely front lawn which is not enclosed,Norfolk itself was also delightful,so pretty, well looked after and clean,with plenty of places of interest to visit if you wish.

The booking was easy, well communicated and the accommodation was spot on

Sadly felt ripped off by Country Cottages with admin fees and insurance that i did not need..

We stayed at Mountjac barn a well resourced and exceedingly comfortable and very clean barn conversion in a delightfully rural setting. The play room was a hit with both adults and children and Granny’s Victoria sponge much appreciated. The ducks visited the lake outside every day and we saw muntjac deer.

We booked Hillview (2153) in Brancaster for 2 nights - there were a few issues that we have emailed Norfolk Cottages about, but no response has been forthcoming.
1) The shower was unusable with the water alternating between scalding hot and freezing cold. This could be incredibly dangerous for children and needs urgent attention.
2) There were no logs provided - the information given was that these would be available Nov-Apr.
3) There were no instructions for the heaters that we could find. Whenever I have rented places before, there has always been a folder that contains useful information such as instructions, wifi passwords etc. which would save the guests from having to go hunting around for these things as soon as they arrive.
4) In the twin bedroom, the bed frame nearest the window needs attention - it squeaks very loudly and woke us all in the night whenever the poor person sleeping in it attempted to turn over.
5) The mattress in the small double bedroom needs replacing - it obviously gets a lot more wear on the left hand side as you look at the bed & the person sleeping there found it very uncomfortable & had to move to the other side of the bed.
6) There was only half (!) a tea towel provided and no washing up sponges or oven gloves (only a very small square which is not really adequate). Given that towels are included - I would have assumed that this extended to the kitchen. There also wasn't any hand soap provided downstairs.

With the exception of the shower (which was just dangerous), I appreciate that these are fairly minor things & for a couple nights we made do, but having paid almost £700 for a couple of nights away, I was expecting better.
I don't think I will be using this company again.

An extremely well equipped property in a delightfully peaceful location. The house felt luxurious, like a real treat! Beautifully furnished with high quality beds abd linen throughout. Very secure garden for our dog and easy access to many places of interest.
The only negative was the noise of building going on behind the house from 8am to 5pm on weekdays, making it impossible to chill in the garden.

Seamless booking process, information was well communicated and the property was great!

We stayed in a lovely cottage in the beautiful town of Holt. The cottage was very confortable and equipped with high quality appliances .Similarly the beds, bed linen and towels were all of a high standard.
Holt is in a very good location to explore the North Norfolk coast and coastal towns.
