Planning and delivery went very smoothly and on budget.What turned out to be a difficult job as we uncovered a few unseen problems did not detract from a finished job which turned out to be a much better result than we had expected .Everything was handled professionally on time and the new stove is up and running,I would certainly recommend norfolk woodburners.

I am very pleased with my new woodburner. The process from point of enquiry to post installation had been completely faultless. Unlike other companies I phoned Kerry was very keen to come and visit. He asked pertinent questions prior to his arrival. He was punctual and very personable from when we first met. He gave alot of thought to the size of woodburner that would fit in or fireplace, measuring the space and actually using the product dimensions to ensure the woodburner would look great. He came across very knowledgeable and most importantly trustworthy. He provided a competitive quote within a few hours. The installation was again faultless and mess free and was even followed by a phone call to ensure I was happy with everything. My woodburner looks amazing and I would absolutely recommend Norfolk woodburners to anyone!

Could not recommended this company more. After removing my old fire surround and discovering my fireplace was a lot bigger than we first thought, Kerry organised a larger stove at short notice and was installed before Christmas!
