Ordered online, not having heard of the company. But a great price on my guitar, and it arrived in perfect condition. Very helpful and pro-active customer service, which is rare these days. They sure look after their customers and are easy to contact, which is what you want. Highly recommended based on my experience.

Purchased an Epiphone J-200 and it was amazing value at £70 below nearest competitor and £150 below others !!! Delivered on time and packaging was excellent in line with cost of item eliminating any chances of damage.

All good as usual
This was a relatively quick purchase in that I knew what I was looking for and had tried the guitar elsewhere (but wanted to support a smaller independent store). I therefore bought online as it was a good deal. Good communication from them and was pleased that they took the time to get the setup done rather than rush it out the same day as I ordered online (it was despatched next day). Have bought from these guys before (in store) and has it always been a good experience

Excellent service, prices and products!
Placed an order online late Wednesday evening, guitar was packed well and sent out on the Thursday and arrived Friday. Their online prices are extremely competitive (if not better) than what large chain shops are trying to charge and you even get to choose a setup as a free gift (something many other shops do not offer) absolutely no complaints from me!
