Great staff always friendly and knowledgeable but they are limited as there pos system is so slow you’re in there forever.
If they could just scan items like every other store instead of searching and entering part numbers it would be much busier.
I know at least a dozen people who don’t have time to shop there.
Also Jeff at the terrace branch moves faster and tries harder for his customers than any I’ve seen.

Had a last min change of plans and stopped in on my way to work to outfit my pick up with the safety gear required for the mining industry.
The sale guy who I wish I remembered his name very quickly sorced out the parts tools and products I needed as he recognized I was running late.
He also saved me from wasting a few hundred bucks by showing me better options. Terrace nis.is awesome

Great and quick service from Scott at the Prince George branch. I had been looking for organizer bin for my service van. They had a few in stock but quickly brought in the remaining amount I needed with some dividers to go in each bin. Thanks again .
