I went in one day to pick up some stainless steel rivets, one guy told me instantly, without checking stock; that they would have to order them in. I thanked him and emailed Jeff and asked him to order me a box; I was surprised when he replied my order was ready. That fact alone left a bad taste in my mouth. I would however like to thank Jeff for his help whenever I need it.

Supplies came reasonably quickly however when we ordered 30 wire brushes there was a second delivery which came a week later.

The service from Jeff was good the supply of stock not so good. Need to have a good stock of base Items. Need to highlight canadian made products. I would pay more to have canadian and american made products

5 Star Review-Tony Ball!!
Just wanted to share my EXCELLENT service from Branch Manager Tony Ball! I looked all over Fort McMurray for propane and was informed NIS had some at Fort McKay. Tony helped us out in a fast efficient and friendly manor to help us get on the road to our camper that much faster!!
