Price gouging
I was offered hand sanitizer for more than $16 per 500ml bottle at a volume "discount". Everywhere else is $5 to $7 per bottle. You're definitely price gouging customers, which is just plain wrong!

As discussed, our supply chain on sanitizer due to the pandemic is challenging to say the least. We are offering product produced by companies that have switched production and now making sanitizer to support the fight against COVID19 which is why we have the cost variance from our regular core offering.
We should be communicating this to our customers at the time of quote so they are aware it's not a standard stocking item. I have since updated our team.

Poor, Slow Service...
Unfortunately, this NIS location has some of the worst customer service around. Even if you know exactly what you want, the service is slow. They don't let you find the bolts you need. Pricing is generally higher than anywhere else. Employee turn over there is very often, so your always dealing with someone learning. Only reason I go here is the bolt selection; everything else you can get at a better price and with better service at other locations in town.

I made my first call to your company…
I made my first call to your company and I found that Peter's telephone etiquette was excellent, friendly, helpful and had suggestions for my needs. Also, Joseph at the front desk was wonderful as well as Peter. He was helpful, had excellent suggestions for my needs and fill my supply list in no time. Workers in the back warehouse were expeditious and brought my order with a smile. Keep up the good work you all and take care.

I just found out that my sales rep
I just found out that my sales rep, Justin Tardiff, has been let go from the company. I switched over to NIS with Justin as I was happy working with him from his last position. I feel this has been a poor decision and will not be using NIS in the future.

The only way they get one star is they put the order in. The shipping part of the system is f!@$ ordered a chain saw part will be in Thursday. then Tuesday Then Thursday Then then then. I am SO DONE. this is not the first time can not count the times i was given the Bull s*%#. Again the order was put in that was great.From there the system is not working. I will shop there if they have it great if not i will order on line NOT HAPPY
