Great Customer Service
Had a problem with delivery by the courier (DHL) but the customer service from Northen Paints was excellent and immediate. I would use again without hesitation but suggest they use DPD in future!

Great product knowledge
Great product knowledge. Listen to my needs ans I felt I was understood. I wish the samples where bigger as you don't get any room for error on mixing and applications. So making a decision to buy large amount of materials difficult.

Really helpful company to deal with
Really helpful company to deal with. I recently placed an order and had a 10% discount code, but when the order went through PayPal the 10% wasn’t taken off. Contacted the company and they instantly refunded me the 10%. Can’t fault their customer service!
