Incompetent company

Incompetent company, they sent an order without the full address on it (how?) and it had to be returned to them via Royal Mail, they then refused to refund me for the order or send a new order without having received the returned order. I'm now being severely impacted by their lack of competency. I contacted them via their live chat feature and the guy in there could not get it into his head why they had messed up. I'll never use this company again, stick to Scarletts, much better service and much easier to deal with
