Terrible service
I am writing this review due to my experiences. I run a mobile phone business and I was promised a hassle FREE service by these people and all I’ve had is continuous Down Wi-Fi. And the price going up and up with them trying to rectify the problem, but only at my cost
I’ve upgraded routers had digital phones added at more expense of course and now they are asking for me to have a 5 ghz Wi-Fi another £10 a month for 36 months which is not happening. I just want out but apparently that’s gonna cost me another £800, do not touch these people as they are a total rip off
Will be going back to BT asap

We switched providers to Northern Telecom as our previous provider rates were too high. Great service and experience ever since. Lewis has been very helpful throughout.

I had a problem with roaming in Europe…
I had a problem with roaming in Europe and Northern Telecom, came up with a New contract, which was cheaper and had no roaming charges, the whole transaction only took a few emails and the New activation from Vodaphone to O2 only took seconds and I was introduces to the NEW eSim, a simless option to run your phone without a sim card, Brilliant service!

The company has never been able to get…
The company has never been able to get my 2 phone system working properly. The office leased until August 2023 Since then not working. Apparently I signed up with a 84 month contract with the previous company that went into insolvency.
Do not use Northern Telecom
When I was sold into moving to Northern Telecoms the package was not like or like, and was told I have to pay more for a loud ring in the building. The service afterwards not too bad through contract, but I never received any contact for a "rollover contract" and then hit with excessive fees before contract ended. This was quickly retracted when realised my whole contract had not ended yet. Then this company completey ignorged my termination notice, and rolled my contract without my consent.
I have tried to request a compaints manager to contact me, still no contact. As I had moved company they have now hit me with those fees to terminate and then proceeded to carry on taking out their DDR.
Absolute cowboys. Do not use, this company has no integrity or service. I would not reccommend.

NORTHERN HIDES TRUE MONTHLY COSTS
We were in contract with Toople for many years. Since 2019. In fact we had 3 contracts running in parallel. Our last of the three annual contract did switch post Covid to a monthly rolling contract. We did the past month provide Northern Telecom with the necessary notice to switch to another more competitive provider. Once we had paid the monthly invoices and the termination date had passed we received a further invoice from them with a 25 pound charge and a call charge for 14 p. The narrative reads Additional charge.When I enquired what is all this. They said that somewhere on their T&Cs they say that they will charge a 25 pound admin charge at the end of a fully paid conract. I protested that this was never mentioned in all our communications whereby only the termination notice and the rate per month was discussed. I also mentioned to them that these charges were never applicable in any of the other two contracts that were all agreed at the same time. Believe me when I say these people are dishonest the tell you they would charge you 26 pounds for example but in effect for a short year contract they actually charge you through this admin charge 2 pounds more per month. AVOID is my suggestion , avoid because they hide their true monthly charges and by doung so they stop customers from using other TRANSPARENT alternatives. NEVER AGAIN.

Massively better than my old provider
Recently joined Northern Telecom when they took over Toople. The service has improved massively and everyone I’ve dealt with has been really great. I recommend them to any business looking for phone or broadband services.

We have been with Northern telecom for about 3 years now, I can honestly say that there service is second to none, nothing is too much trouble, when you need help they are onto it straight away. I cannot speak more highly of this company, their support keeps us in touch with our clients, and that is the most important thing to me and my company. Well done Northern Telecom.

Their service and response time on this occasion was exceptional!

These guys are just incredible
These guys are just incredible. Our phone system provider told us we were having essential maintenance with expected downtime of one hour. Working collaboratively without IVR partner, Redroute, and YB, we had ZERO downtime and automated almost all bookings with no losses. Just incredible.
