I bought three Liftmaster shaft drive door openers from NSCD company online had a hiccup with the online discount. I contacted them online and Kelly got back to me immediately and resolved the problem! I was very pleased with my experience. I would definitely do business with NSCDC again!

I wanted to change the quantity of an item I ordered. I tried calling them and no one picked up the phone, I left numerous voicemails and still no response. I sent emails to customer support and you guessed it, no response. I wanted to cancel the order but with no way to reach them that was impossible. They have already billed my credit card. I still have not received the items I ordered or a tracking number it has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order.This is the worse online company I have dealt with. Stay away from them because you will be ripped off.

Customer support quickly answered my question on how to prep the seal for installation.

Advice on the seal. It comes compressed in the box. Stretch it out in the sun for a few hours and it should return to its original shape (depending on temperature) Here in AZ in mid May the temp is in the mid 80's. In less than an hour the seal was back to the original profile

Shipping price seemed high for weight/size I ordered.
A somewhat larger bulb (1 1/2")with exactly the same T dimensions would have been an even better fit - seemed to not be an option

The product descriptions include detailed dimensions, which allowed me to order the correct replacement for my door. My product was delivered four days later and installed perfectly.
