All perfect except for gauge
It was very easy to select the correct garage door seal format from among alternatives.
Pricing was fair.
Delivery was quick.
The only negative was that the seal was a lighter-gauge rubber than the deteriorated one that needed replacement. Another, otherwise identical door, had a heavier-gauge seal that still was 100% intact. North Shore should also offer the heavier gauge seal.

How is this company still in business? Their customer service is wildly unhelpful and gives wrong information and then stops responding. I wish I'd looked up their reviews before I spent hours trying to get a simple answer to a question.

Avoid this company at all costs!
I do not...NOT...recommend this company! They don't follow through on their promises and are IMPOSSIBLE to reach. ZERO customer service. They do not return calls, ignore email messages, and don't respond to snail mail letters. This has gone on for months. I'm giving up.
