A wonderful Welsh company with a long standing team, which speaks volumes about their values and dedication. They offered me the personal, attentive service you rarely find nowadays. Communication was so easy. Highly recommend.

Stayed in an Air bnb in GYRN GOCH, the area is beautiful, which is a shame because the A499 goes straight through it, along with some other lovely villages, but although there are 40MPH signs up vehicles are speeding through at 60! There ARE NO TRAFFIC LIGHTS, ZEBRA CROSSINGS OR ENFORCEMENT measures in place to control the speeding. Bikes are allowed to ride on the pavement which brings more pedestrian danger, so in the whole as pretty as North wales was, it’s a very pedestrian UNSAFE place. NORTH WALES COUNCILS NEED TO GET THE SPEEDING PROBLEM IN CHECK!, if you rely on tourism, you will loose out once people realise how dangerous your roads are, and how you DO NOT CATER FOR PEDESTRIAN SAFETY!!!!!!

NWHC are always there ready to help and advise. If they don't know the answer to a question they will find out. They are also very informative and we are so lucky to receive their blog. The staff are friendly and will slways do their best for owners.

North Wales Holiday Cottages (NWHC) are very proactive and are also reactive to any problems that we house owners experience. Being a small family owned business, they are able to be more responsive, quicker on their feet than a larger company.

As cottage owners it is very important for us to have a competent and professional letting agent. North Wales Holiday cottages are both of these, this is borne out by the comments our guests leave about how easy they are to deal with and how simple the booking process is, making the whole experience streamlined and efficient. They have a policy of continuous improvement and strive to make both the owner and guest journey better.

NWHC know their market and are very experienced in the holiday lettings game. Really helpful to owners and holidaymakers alike, they are always at the end of a phone to give advice when needed. I recommend them.

First class no nonsense all round service

NWHC have been managing my property for over 4years now and I cannot speak more highly of them. Such a friendly team, wonderful coverage to maximise my bookings and always on hand if you have a question or problem or need advice.

Their owner’s portal is superb - informative and easy to use; various reports can be created to help with data re number of days booked, financials, etc. (particularly important!), and information & guidance re changing laws or requirements are always updated.

NWHC have a genuine understanding of the Welsh market having been in the business for some time.
And their knowledge, presence, reputation, and friendly approach beats some of the other names in the holiday bookings market hands-down.

I would recommend to anyone wanting to rent their property as a holiday home in North Wales, and who wants to deal with a professional, focused team who have your best interest at heart.

Booked a cottage in Conwy in April for a weeks holiday in July. The website was clear, informative and I loved the 360 tour of the properties. Reservation and payments were handled efficiently. Communication with NWHC was excellent by e mail and phone. The standard of the accomodation was spot on. Descriptions of the property were accurate and the holiday good value. We had a wonderful week in Conwy, blessed with beautiful weather. I would not hesitate to book through NWHC in future.

We had booked a holiday cottage for my mum’s 70th birthday, but due to changes to travel restrictions because of Covid-19, we had to cancel.

The team at NWHC were really friendly and processed our cancellation without any hassle. Two days after speaking with them to cancel, the money was back on my credit card! You can’t ask for more than that.

Thank you for making a horrible situation that but easier to stomach.

Really thought I should offer my opinion of the Company, I think the previous review was extremely harsh when you consider a booking is not a booking until its booked!!! the people at North Wales Holiday Cottages have not got a handy crystal ball to predict what the general public will do.

However this is my little Tale; we booked a Holiday Cottage with North wales Holiday Cottages, we looked picked the dates and booked, quite simple really as the web site is very informative, where we fell foul of the system was in choosing not to complain, as it was a Bank Holiday and we assumed there would be no other properties available, wrong we should of asked, it turned out the property had changed hands the new owners had not inspected the property and assumed it was ok to carry on as it had been, wrong oh so wrong, Now if you have got this far through my babbling this is what happened, we were offered the standard e mail of how was your holiday? well I took this opportunity to tell the truth, on receipt of the e mail at North Wales Holiday Cottages I received a phone call, the Lady I spoke with was brilliant, excepted what I had said, the upshot of it was we seperated with the feeling of YES I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. For the simple reason if they are unaware of a problem with a property they can do nothing. I learnt this lesson, ITS GOOD TO TALK.

So angry with this company

Basically indicated through email discussions that I intended to book a week in a property, but was in an email conversation clarifying a couple of points. When this was concluded I returned to book the cottage, which then showed it was now booked up.

I hoped therefore that they had reserved this for me in the light of our discussions - one would hope they would have reserved it before they saw cold hard cash given I was literally on the verge of booking.

To then be advised by their rep that a "colleague" had booked this out within the previous hour, knowing that I was on the verge of making a booking and undertaking discussions with them, frankly I was amazed, disgusted and annoyed beyond belief. That they then asked me if I would be interested in any of their other properties, I think they must at this point have been taking the mickey entirely.

I will not deal with a company I cannot trust.
