A very engaging and informative training presentation. Great demo of the different types of extinguishers.

Steve from NWFT came to our stables to give a presentation on fire safety. He was incredibly informative and broke things down into terms we could all understand and remember as there was a lot of information to take in. He used real life experiences and scenarios that gave a sense of gravity to the topic at hand.
At the end he gave a demonstration on how to correctly use fire safety equipment and also encouraged people to try for themselves which was fun.

Overall a fantastic and informative experience. I would highly recommend.

Really interesting and informative training. Steve is really engaging and training is delivered at the right level and relevant to your organisation. Gave me lots to think about for fire safety at home as well as in the workplace. Thank you Steve!

Steve provided an excellent training session for our company Excelsior Rotational Moulding in Bury.
We have been using another company for some years who repeat a dull and not interesting course with no changes from year to year zzzzzzz
Steve engages with his audience and keeps them on their seat edge with real life experiences, the 1970's who would have known so much legislation derived from that era, we do now, really first class and can only say that North West Fire Training will be our appointed training company going forward- highly recommended-first class, thanks for keeping us safe Steve.

3.9.19 - Steve came in to complete fire training with all my staff in school. It is very informative as well as being really easy and entertaining to listen to. He has given my staff the confidence to tackle a small fire, rather than running away and potentially losing my whole school.

Really enjoyed the fire training and found it very useful and more aware of what to do if anything does happen. The slides were to the point and I now feel more confident in using a fire extinguisher if I ever have to. Steve was also very passionate and very approachable to ask questions.

Steve's training was really engaging, presenting us with the facts and information we needed but with humour and peppered with stories to demonstrate his points.

His presentation slides were also really good. The team were engaged all the way through and the training will support us in ensuring our processes are effectively in place and practiced.

Viewings discussed and explained. Fire extinguishers discussed and explained in great detail. Staff were able to test various fire extinguishers with the trainer and felt very knowledgeable and confident at the end of the training session.

Really enjoyed the Fire Warden training.
Steve is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable regarding this. Although fire is a dangerous subject the course was presented in a fun and informative way.
Loved the live demos at the end.

An excellent training session! The use of real life examples throughout the course showed the importance of the material being shared and kept all attendees interested throughout.
The hands on experience of using fire extinguishers to put out real fires went down really well! It has given attendees the knowledge to determine which type of fire requires which extinguisher, as well as giving them the confidence to be able to extinguish minor fires.
A brilliant course that I'd definitely recommend!

A very enjoyable and engaging Fire warden training event.
The session was delivered by a very professional and knowledgeable trainer. The practical and spoken parts of the course were clear and easy to understand and the pace was just right to keep attention levels up. We would certainly use North West Fire Training again without hesitation!

I found it more interesting than the previous training I’ve attended for Fire Marshall Training, this is because Steven gave us a bit of history regarding Manchester, together with stories of fires he has attended, the cause of these fires and what preventions could have been put in force. He also touched on historical cases of fires that have resulted in fire regulations coming into effect. This together with outlining a clear understanding of what fire extinguishers we are to use for different types of fires (i.e. electrical fires, fires involving solids, fires involving flammable liquids, fires involving flammable gasses), made it all in all very interesting training.

The training was brilliant - a really engaging, fun session and made you think about the practices in your organisation in a really practical way!

It is clear Steve knows exactly what he is talking about and his little stories and anecdotes go a long way in creating an interactive session.
