North West Fire Training provided training for most of our staff in five sessions at both sites over the course of a week and the training was excellent! It is very practical, engaging and thought provoking and drives home the main points that staff need to remember with regard to prevention and how to proceed should fire break out. Steve was very accommodating and tailored his presentation to include the specifics of our Company Fire Policy. Feedback from staff was very positive and they enjoyed it.

Great training experience, definitely worth your time!
Fun and enjoyable, laid back, but with lots of info. The use of real world events to explain the types of fires and situations was very useful. As Steve is also a Firefighter, his real world experiences and knowledge are second to none!
The practical session at the end was most enjoyable and eye-opening, having never activated/used a fire extinguisher before

Great course very enjoyable and very well presented ....good examples that made you think about how important it is to get this right. Definitely recommend using this company . Also very helpful to learn about when to get the fire service involved and how they provide support.

Thorough, concise and relevant training delivered to a high standard. The session was engaging and practical, there were many opportunities for discussion and all queries were answered well.

Steve is a very engaging character full of passion about fire safety. I have been fire warden trained before and Surefire's fire warden training is the best I have received, in terms of relevant content whilst keeping the message very clear and important. Most importantly myself and our fellow wardens thoroughly enjoyed Steve's training, it was extremely fun! Many thanks for this and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Surefire and Steve as the lead trainer.
p.s. we enjoyed all parts of the training but particularly enjoyed the practical part of the training Steve delivered.

We were very pleased with our fire training it was informative, supportive and even had some humour. The trainer kept everyone engaged for the whole session and staff came away satisfied that they can carry out the role of fire marshal competently now.

Fire Marshal training is a little dry, however Steve made it really engaging and its great to hear about his experience from the field. All our participants thoroughly enjoyed the experience
