Several issues with this company regarding their phone service. It is only $9 but the issue is they will erroneously cut off the service and cause major problems for your business, where you cannot reach customers and no one can call you. This happened to me on 2 occasions and when you call about the customer service is horrible. They could care less they act like you are the problem. The first time it happened was resolved in a day the 2nd time it was off all weakened because they cut it off on a Friday evening. This is ridiculous this low-cost service cut off with no warning. Also, the email said it is cut off for nonpayment which I paid the account it was an error. Even if this was true I did not receive any notice of this they just randomly cut off the phone. Completely unprofessional over $9 this is absurd unheard they do not value their customers.

I bought a package from NWRA to support me with the state filing and establishment of company (a consulting firm). They completed the initial filing paperwork within the expedited timeline that I paid for, but since then their service has stalled and I've been repeatedly given timelines that they haven't adhered to. For example, the package includes development of a website landing page within 10 days (after sharing feedback to their questions). I submitted it on February 12, and as of March 9th I still have yet to be provided with the landing page. I requested a domain name swap (purchased the name elsewhere) and was told this would take 48 hours, yet still waiting almost a month later. They said 6 days ago they would provide an update by end of day, and still no update. At this point, I can't recommend this company and I'm extremely disappointed with their service. I suggest going with a more trustworthy company that is transparent in their services and respects customer service.

Bad to the point of sounding crooked. Don't use this service if you need top-notch customer service. Their website looks great, but the way they do business appears that they are using offshore call centers with non-American help. I just found out after receiving a reminder email to pay the annual fee regarding my LLC annual report that the LLC had been cancelled the year before due to non-payment, which I'm quite certain I didn't let slip. So when I paid this year's fee, they then told me that the LLC was cancelled last year, and that I would still have to pay LAST YEAR'S FEE, plus a reinstatement fee of $220. I'm quite certain that only non-American help would screw this up so badly. So not only am I NOT going to pay any further fees, but I'm also going to file a complaint with the State of Wyoming to tip them off that they need to investigate the company. Do not use.

Arnold S. is top notch! His customer service skills, and eagerness to help and assist was like none other. I appreciate his communication, and patience when he assisted me with getting my paperwork filed. An absolute pleasure!

So I told them that the email originally assigned to the account had been breached. They won't let me have access to my account but are charging me money including for an annual report and for a whole year when I can not access your services.
They don't offer identification through passport ID they don't work with the FBI or anything like that. Do not use this service they take your money and then they don't offer any services and I have proof of this I received an email saying we're not going to help you.
They don't have an authenticator no backup codes or anything.
The security for Northwest registered agents is poor.
They are violating Fair consumer business practices.

It's easy to get a person on the phone, and they talk to you in a straightforward way. Feels like an old school business with traditional values. They have a commitment not to sell data to third parties.

Amanda Brooke was great. She was very patient, she explained everything clearly, and has a great personality. She took her time and advised on things which I might or might not need.

I had an excellent experience working with Quinne’tta at Northwest Registered Agent while opening my business. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive. She took the time to explain each step clearly, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and stress-free.
Quinne’tta’s laughter and professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled correctly and on time, giving me confidence and peace of mind as I launched my business.
I highly recommend Northwest Registered Agent, and especially Quinne’tta, to anyone looking to start a business and wanting exceptional customer service.

I previously established a company and used northwestregisteredagent as an agent.
Initially, things were fine, but then they provided no advice, no guidance on EIN registration, and no emails regarding annual reports.
Of course, I was new to this and didn't know what to do. I then filed for company dissolution.
After that, I registered with another agent like Rocketbusiness – they provided excellent advice.
Stay away from this company immediately. They were truly extortionists.

Before placing the order, I emailed them numerous times stating that I wanted to use a Mail Forwarding Service, including a unique address, to use as the address for my LLC.
During the checkout process, the LLC formation and the purchase of the Mail Forwarding Service address were done simultaneously – meaning I couldn't have known the Mail Forwarding Service address when filling out the LLC formation information.
And immediately after payment, I emailed them again asking them to use the Mail Forwarding Service address as the LLC address, but they still insisted it was my fault.
It's like a game of "Which came first, the chicken or the egg?"
Now I'm asking them to correct it – they won't and are demanding $152 – even worse.
I asked them to correct it and I paid the state fees – they said: "Do it yourself!"
What's going on? I paid $20/month for a Mail Forwarding Service and now I can't use that address for my LLC, but I'm still paying $20/month.
I wish I could have read reviews of their service here before paying. Luckily, in our Amazon Seller forum in Vietnam, there are over 100 people looking for an LLC service provider, and I'm the admin. I recommended northwestregisteredagent on January 23rd because I felt it was quite good, but I immediately asked all my friends to STOP IMMEDIATELY and switch to another provider.
And in the future, we will pin this review on our Vietnamese eCommerce forums so that future sellers can avoid this terrible service.

I have sent 4 emails to support over a week with no response. They created a wrong document and won't fix it.

The last few months have been a nightmare. I purchased the "Business Identity" package when I signed up with NRA because I wanted to keep everything simple and consolidated. But as soon as I wanted to move my domain registration, web hosting and email to a more affordable provider, things got very ugly very fast. It's over two months later and I'm still dealing with invoices and "payment due" for services I no longer use and which I cancelled and removed autopay. Guess what? They're still billing me. And they have one excuse after another. How do you bill someone who turns autopay off? But you can't remove your credit card because either removes it fro ALL services - including the Registered Agent service. As. for the domain transfer - ICANN requires this to take no more than 5 business days. NRA - they took almost two months, and it only happened AFTER I filed a complaint with ICANN.
I want to add that, once I got an EPP code and the transfer started, it took several days to complete AND the transfer process indicated the actual registrar was 'Epik, LLC" - look them up - I am disgusted to learn they actually made money from me.
So to recap - I hitred NRA to form an LLC. That went ok. They offered an all-in-one "business identity" package - web hosting, email, virtual phone, and 'free SSL.' I took the bait outright of convenience. When I found an excellent hosting provider, I decided to migrate all of my domains registrations and websites to that new host. All the other transfers and migrations went off without a hitch (none were with NRA). The one that took several weeks? Northwest Registered Agent. Not only did the transfer repeatedly fail because they could not generate an EPP code, but their support team, while friendly, NEVER bothered to update me on the status of the problem. I had to keep sending emails, spewing new tickets. Then, when I wanted to cancel my other services, the "Cancel" link on the customer dashboard did not work on any of the service s beside s the 'free' SSL service. I contacted support AGAIN on 12/31 about this and was told to just 'turn off autopay' and it will cancel at the next billing cycle. That DID NOT happen. Instead, I was billed anyway, using the credit card I had removed from those services but was still in place for my registered agent services, AND I was told the bills were due and my services would be suspended. I complained and was told the 'cancel request came from an unauthorized email.' This was untrue - it came fro the email on record, but my followup inadvertently used a different email. I correct this, and finally received a refund - but not for the bills in questions. IN the end, I did get my money back for these incorrect billings, but it comes nowhere close to compensating me for the weeks and weeks of pure hell this company put me through. It delayed migration of my business website, it disrupted my business email, I've now had to find a new phone service (and new phone number), and the rebuild and relaunch of my websites in now three months behind schedule. I do not recommend this company for any services involving websites, web hosting, domain registration, email, or phone services, and I am now actively seeking an alternative to their registered agent services.

From least annoying to most annoying: I used Northwest Registered Agent for about two years and was never pleased with their phone service. Their app was buggy and I missed out on business due to the irregularity with which their voicemail and messaging system worked. I ended up getting an extra phone line a few months into my service. In December, they increased pricing by default and I chose a plan that would reduce my pricing and get rid of the useless phone/voicemail service. This reduction in price completely changed my address and I am now stuck having to change my address with several organizations, IRS, Sec of State, Comptroller, various insurances, my credit cards, and business cards. The solutions they offered just couldn't put a dent in the amount of work created. So, if you use them, just be prepared to eat any future cost increases unless you want to deal with the hassle of changing your address.

This service is good for LLC filing and compliance but upsells such as registering a trademark is beyond frustrating with inaccurate drafts and unresponsive or dismissive service. We eventually got a partial refund for multiple trademark filings and will use another firm. I strongly suggest a more customer focused law group that puts at least some effort into your project.
