So far so good, I had to call in and a guy named Arnold helped me setup my account and services over the phone. Very friendly, quick service.

I purchased their registered agent service as I want to file to open up an LLC in Wyoming. They are supposed to give you the registered agent's name, address, number and email so you can use it while filing. They gave me one that doesn't work. The Wyoming Secretary of State website says "Agent record exists but cannot be used" why?? So I have been calling all evening and have not gotten one message back, no answer to my calls and not a response to my email. If they are unable to give me basic registered agent information I want a refund asap as promised when purchasing. This information should be readily available right after purchasing.

Arnold J. Schroering was OUTSTANDING. He walked me thru the entire process, was extremely knowledgeable and had all the answers. Arnold provided me with the contact information if any issues arises. 5 STARS is not enough for his attention and service. Would definitely use your services again.

Amazing customer support! I had trouble with the details of setting up my LLC, so I decided to call and speak with someone who could help. I was so happy to have someone walk me through the steps with such patience and understanding, her name was Amanda Brooke, she was very knowledgeable and wonderful! I definitely recommend this service if you are looking to set up your LLC stress free!

There is a lot of misunderstanding about customer requests and delays in responding to customer questions. The service that was sold is provided by another registered agent with low-quality services. The provider charges $25 for registered agent services, but Northwest Registered Agent uses another provider and bills its customers $125.

I called the company and waited on hold for ten minutes for customer support, and the attendant did not solve the problem, and I paid an amount of $5 for the call, which the company did not refund.

I do not recommend this company due to the poor quality of customer service, unclear company responsibilities, and the fact that Northwest did not mention that the services will be provided by another registered agent. Be carefully with the company policies.

Arnold made my last-minute filing a breeze. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

When the services I subscribe to through Northwest Registered Agent actually work correctly, all is good, but I had SO many issues with the phone system that I finally cancelled that service. Now I am having repetitive issues with the email service and the last 2 times I emailed support I haven't received a response. Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. I can buy a domain and get a business email address from any other domain host, pay less for the monthly services, AND have less issues with better support if there are issues. I used NWRA to set up my business because they offered all of the things I need to run my business, in one place. But it isn't really worth all of the headaches I've had with those offered services. And now no support response! Not acceptable.

When I ran into issues purchasing on the site I called Sales, Netta was incredible. She walked me through every step, and solved every issue I encountered on my side. Thank you so much Netta!!!

I spent over 80 minutes on the line with Amanda, who turned my unbidden business therapy telephone session into a fully committed and successful sales call. She was exceptional in every way. If I have problems again, I know exactly who to ask for. Amanda was good-hearted, patient—patient, patient—kind as ever, very insightful, experienced, and well-informed. She could move between the roles of sales associate, therapist, and entrepreneurial comrade with ease and class. Amanda Brooke is the one to turn to! I tried to write a review on northwest but it gets deleted all the time. Not sure who writes the good reviews about them but if you express your bad experience you get rejected. My advice don’t even waste your time and money.

DBA nightmare
A very dishonest agent (Matt) for this sham of a company sold me registration of a DBA in mid August telling me that it would take 5 days.
I explained this was a very urgent requirement and he explained that it would be registered ar worst in 5 days and possibly sooner.
Then when I called after 5 days I was told that the normal time for a DBA to be registered was 10 business days, I write this on the 10th of October and we still do not have our DBA or have any idea when we will get it.
At the time that I was told that I had been lied to to their credit they refunded their fee so I was kind of happy about that.
So happy that I went on and paid for their mail address service for $29 a month
I discovered yesterday that I was also being charged for a call answering service that I did not ask for
I cancelled both the services
Their customer service which was excellent when they were trying to get money from me has now disappeared
