I spoke to a registered agent they said they will help me file my late annual reports
I signed up and everything I was happy not this morning they said they can’t help me with that. They told me to call up Secretary of State,
And pretty much do it myself. I very disappointed. oh by the way it take 7 -14 days to get you money back what a waste of time. Imagine what else they will mis inform you on.

This service blows. They claim to file your LLC but as far as I can tell, they did absolutely nothing. No articles of organization, no LLC filed within state... Just a lot of empty promises and a waste of $135.00. Read the reviews and stay away; this business is a worthless scam.

I do not use this company. Even after you discontinue using them they will open your mail and upload it to their site trying to get you to pay to look at your mail. For my safety I told them I was recording just like they record on the phone and they said they cannot talk to me any longer. They do not wish to resolve any issues. Do not use this company at all.

After paying $145, they have done 0, nothing but send form letters requesting info I have already sent several times.

Obviously, they are not reading their emails. Around and around, spending my valuable time and money. Registered Agents are a nightmare. Most ppl will not be smirking where they land in the other plane.

I have sent them a Cancel email...if they reply.
Their directions to cancel on our acct is a lie.
I'll update if I get scammed or my Refund.

Update: 2/14/24 Called again. Can't Login. my PW does Not work. Nor do they send a Reset Link even tho the site states it sent one, making it impossible to Cancel.

My experience was great because Mr. Malone, my agent, did an excellent job answering my questions, explaining set up steps to me, and acting professionally at all times. NRWA got it right by employing the right kind of people executing quality customer service.

I signed up with Northwest Registered Agent a couple months ago, and they have been extremely helpful. One of the representatives called me to walk through their services and to ensure that I was all set up. Given this was the first time that I registered an LLC, it was great to have that immediate availability from Northwest's support staff.

I used this company years ago to start an LLC elsewhere and came back to start one for a new project. This has been disappointing and the service has definitely slipped from when I started the previous company. First, the marketing still claims of a simple price, but this isn't the case. Initial comparison makes it look like the cheaper of the big RA and LLC formation options, but they duped me. What I got was initial documents and... nothing. No LLC registered in the state. I email them for an update and they claim I didn't hire them for this. That will be an extra $250 on top of the $135 already paid. On top of this, I reviewed the forms to see if I could salvage and just file them myself and they are not up to standard. Type is over lines, my business name isn't centered on things, etc. Requested a refund.

We have been using Northwest Registered Agent services just over a year. We needed RA service and state filings for 49 states and it was confusing. Madison Shaw, at Northwest is hands-down one of the most efficient, organized and knowledgeable Corporate Guides there. She continues to go above and beyond to help us with all we need. So personable and sweet. She is able to simplify things. I would give her 10 stars if there was an option to. Unbelievable service! I highly recommend her and Northwest Registered Agent.

Company reached out to me to help me get my website set up, couldn't believe the service. Arnold was amazing! LLC setup and all the forms were easier than I expected. Will use for anything else my business needs.

They do not provide any business address verification, so their services are not suitable for selling on Amazon or eBay or Walmart.
Also support answers you once a day, so it took me a week to solve a simple question.

My tax prepper recommended I use northwest to file my LLC and I am VERY HAPPY she did so! Only hours after signing up and filing my LLC I received a call from a kind, caring person on the phone who welcomed me and asked if I had any questions. I was very surprised and honestly relieved I filed with a company who values human interaction and personal attention. Excellent customer service continued through promt email communication with Cassandra and Ronni when I wanted to follow up and obtain an EIN. I received it only hours after I'd submitted the request! Very impressed and satisfied. Thank you Northwest for making me feel so safe and taken care of! If you're reading this wondering if you should use their services, look no further and sign up!

I honestly don't understand some of these awful 1-star reviews from the experience I've just had with Northwest, specifically with their representative Brad Miller there.

I had been fairly worried about forming an LLC with an internet company online since the whole field of accounting and bookkeeping tends to cause me a fair amount of anxiety.

Being a non-resident from Germany unfamiliar with US English legal terminology, I found the backend user interface after formation intimidating.

I expected to sit in the customer service hotline for ages just to be met with a potentially hostile or arrogant representative eager to get me off the call, or berating me. The opposite proved the case: I had the nicest and most patient agent on the phone who was fully empathic about my situation and authentically helpful: explaining the backend calmly and with genuine kindness despite my mild exasperation.

I realised that at this present moment in time, I need a different solution to my current requirements; but would 100% happily rely on Northwest's services again after this unexpectedly excellent customer service experience.

It's easy to feel caged as a customer once a company has "taken your money". I felt that here - contrary to my worries - the agents are authentically there to help and guide with a process that for many of us, will be daunting and new.

Northwest Registered Agent, LLC has served me very well with my LLC for the past few years. Intelligent, efficient, courteous and professional. They cover all my needs, yearly follow-ups, emails when docs or payments are required with sane time margins and no unnecessary fuss. I really appreciate them! They are very good and give me great peace of mind.

Final Update: Northwest has done a good job after the initial issues. Satisfied to the point that i am changing the rating to 5 star and would recommend using them again. Update: Northwest Registered Agent did refund the monies for work not received in a very timely manner (A+).
But as I need to file another piece of paperwork with the government for "S corp" status, the address they put was incorrect. Their explanation was "We didn't file for the LLC" (no kidding, you messed it up somehow). So just a lot of little things that I really don't have time for. It's good to see that they are paying someone to follow up on customer service and review sites. Note that it took a month to respond to this review. In the end, I believe that they are a good company that has/had some issues that they are rectifying. I will upgrade this score once all my paperwork is completed.
I paid the extra "upcharge" monies to get expedited service. I had to email them to tell them to file for the EIN because Nevada already accepted the application. Their dashboard was two hours at least behind the nevada website.
They keep getting error messages saying my ss number and name dont match. The number they give to call (which is on the IRS website) only says "your information was incorrect" and hangs up.
Four people keep submitting and getting an error, but can't fix the problem. None of the filers will answer the phone. The best email was "have one of your partners use his social". I have my original card, I went on the MySocial Security site, and there are no problems. This sorry company can't even file a form. I have all the emails. The best thing about this sorry excuse for a company is that you can't leave a Google Review. As far as trust pilot, I wish i could give a negative 100 stars.

Their customer service is amazing! Doug Bradford from customer service patiently helped me step by step to create my LLC. He was insightful and understood my business needs.

They helped me formed 2 companies. Their support and service has been excellent except for a couple of times they replied with reading my full email. But overall super service. I will recommend 100%

I filed on a Friday and everything was completed the same day (NJ is known for quick filings, but still!). Diego personally made sure I was getting the best deal despite my lack of prior experience or knowledge of the process. This showed me he truly cares for his clients and helps everyone he can.

Diego is an overachiever, and he encourages clients to call him with any questions throughout and even after the process. I have never left a review in the past, but I felt compelled to do so based on the excellent service I received from Diego and Northwest-Registered Agent Service.

I was ready to sign up with them until I read their fine print. It states if you should ever close your account "you will NOT file a change of address request with the United States Post office." Therefore you would not be able to get your mail and legal notifications. This is not an ethical business practice and should not be allowed.

My experience pertains to setting up a virtual office for a new business. Northwest Registered Agent have been tremendous to deal with. Their communications have been excellent, on point, warm and helpful. The portal toolset for business owners is easy to navigate and intuitive.

This company has the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. They called me within minutes of setting up my account to welcome me and see if I had any questions. Later, I made a mistake in a service purchase but it was resolved right away when I called. The customer service people are very friendly and helpful.
