I can’t recommend Norton Barrie enough. I emailed them to confirm that they had a Holland Cooper bag in stock before I ordered it online. I did this because another online store let me pay for the bag, then 2 days later cancelled the order as they said it was out of stock. PayPal then held onto my money which is another story! Blake from Norton Barrie replied quickly and confirmed they had the item in stock, I paid online and it was delivered, beautifully packaged, the very next day. With 15% off too! The bag is gorgeous and my Christmas shopping and stress is now complete! Highly recommend, thank you!

I recently purchased a Polo shirt but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size (My Fault) I called to enquire about an exchange as I had seen online that the alternative size I required only had 1 left in stock.
I spoke with Alex on the phone who guided me through the returns procedure and also assured me he would reserve the exchange size and despatch it on receipt of the returned Item. As promised I received my exchange Polo shirt next day,the whole returns and exchange took 4 working days. Much Kudos to Alex and Norton Barrie for their Excellent customer service.

Went to purchase 2 polo shirts for next day delivery, went to purchase via PayPal. It then took the money so it looks as though it has all gone through, but you actually have to go back to the website to complete, even though it looks as though you are then paying for it twice and thus taking a risk (as money was already taken). No other website does this and will now probably have to wait a week to receive this back from pending account. Looking at the reviews, I am sure they are a good company, but just don’t bother with PayPal as it isn’t fit for purpose and is different to how other websites take money

I placed an order for a jacket on Wednesday morning it arrived Thursday morning. Very happy with the service I received the gentleman in the store even gave me advice on the fit etc. A top company I doubt that I would have received such service from flannels etc. Would give 10 stars if I could

Seriously upset about the order I placed. Paid $34 for 2-3 day international shipping and one week later still do not have my items. Spoke with customer service lady who keeps making excuses as to why my order hasn’t arrived.

I purchased my item from Norton Barrie at 10:55 p.m. on Sunday 6th February. It arrived just before 10 a.m. on Wednesday 9th February. Given the current complications created by variables such as brexit and covid I was very happy that my item arrived so soon. As for the item itself, it was very well packaged and arrived in immaculate condition. Because I used PayPal pay in 3, sometimes there can be synchronicity issues between PayPal and the brand website and this can appear to create duplicate credit agreements that will show up on your online banking as two separate transactions... I sent an email to Norton Barrie about this and I received a reply before office hours on the 8th Feb that gave me assurances that the duplicate transaction would drop off; which it did. Overall I'm a very satisfied customer and will definitely visit the website again.
