Got to say I was a bit dubious about shopping here has I never heard of them and had extremely great cheap prices. So I thought I’d try it and to my surprise my order was delivered quickly and very well packaged with a thankyou card inside. Very happy will 💯 shop here again. Any bad reviews on here must be unlucky.

STAY AWAY from this company! They will take your money but not deliver. Awful customer service and unable to provide any proof of delivery. I will never shop with them again and if you value your hard earned money you will not shop with them either...

First time shopping with Norton Barrie and I was not disappointed. Matt from customer service went above and beyond to make sure I received my order in time and for my husbands birthday, as time was against me due to last minute shopping. My husband tried his coat I purchased this morning and loves it!! I really appreciate your help Matt, thank you. Great Service and Great Products and good sales at the right time of year. Friendly customer service team. Shipping is fast. While it took a long time to ship to Canada, the customer service support regarding the package was great. The only reason I gave them four stars was when they sent the follow-up survey regarding the customer service, it was addressed to a different name!
