1. Couldn't printed our my invoice as printer has problem.
2. I already pay for my road tax but I have to pay it again when I collect my vehicle as the admin team didn't do it. Now I am waiting for the refunded.
3. I was waiting for long time when I come and collect my vehicle.

Disappointing Service at Delivery
Good selection of bikes and helpful service from the sales executive when conducting research into which bike to buy, which was subsequently let down by their behavior on delivery.
Having agreed by email with the sales executive a specific time to collect the machine, I arrived punctually at the agreed time to fin the the sales executive busy working on another sale. I was left waiting (albeit with a cup of coffee) for over 20 minutes while they dealt with the other customer.

Honda Chiswick has been having my servicing my CB500x for a couple of years. Saw a Transalp in their showroom and decided to trade in my two bikes and buy a Transalp… a good decision to extend my riding years. Not good experience
Not good experience. I purchased a used Toyota Yaris from Chiswick Honda few months ago. The experience is not really good but it was resolved after waiting one month time for the used car. Currently I find that the car registered in 2019 but the 4 tyres were marked in 2016 (7 years ago?) and now I have to change all tyres at my own cost. We didn't checked the tyres when we collected the car. I don't know it's reasonable or acceptable to have this condition.

Nice shop layout introducing you to plenty of motorbikes. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable without pressure to spend money on items you don’t need.

Amazing
I honestly never thought I would buy a new scooter but when I spoke to my personal favourite sales associate (Khaled) he made everything very easy for me and took me through everything opinion to suit my low budget, he was very helpful and knowledgeable which made my experience great.
He showed me around the showroom and allowed me to take my time and explain information for each scooter.
