How to make selling and buying a bike so straightforward…
I was very impressed with the sale and purchase process, having given an honest description of my 2007 CBR1000RR online the offer to purchase was fair and higher than the market value offered by a certain other bike buying brand, I had owned the Fireblade for over 15 years and was sad to see it go, but at 64 I had to admit that age was against me.
Having taken the difficult decision to downsize to something a bit more "Granddad friendly" the 2022 CBR500R I purchased, again unseen, was in excellent condition and the bikes were swapped over just a few days later, the Van driver came from London to my Cheshire home, the paperwork and payment was straightforward and professionally dealt with.
I would highly recommend Chiswick Bikes and it is good to see that trust and honesty still exist in the modern world.

Great experience at Chiswick Honda
We have just bought a new-to-us Jazz and what a great experience it has been. Ravi Gehlot could not have been more helpful. He gave us great information to enable us to make an informed decision and made a stressful, high value decision so much easier. Thank you, Ravi

This is my 3rd motorcycle from Norton Way…
This is my 3rd motorcycle from Norton Way in Chiswick, out of 4 bikes across approximately 10 years. There were ups and downs, however I can’t but give 5 stars. I used to deal with Guy Steel, highly respectable sales manager, and lately I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel Kardos, from whom I purchased my latest bike. Briefly, Daniel is very professional, will give you good advice and will definitely make a sale! The current service & repair customer service team seem to be very nice guys too.

Still not getting the basics right
Car in for a service on 8th April. Better meet and greet than previously but still a lack of attention to detail and follow up: asked for a quote for a dent on my car bonnet; person came to do that and said he would email the quote the next day. A week later and nothing has appeared. Also was rung by the manager who checked me in saying i would be getting an email/text asking me to comment on his performance and he asked that i rated him 5 (the highest rating). Two things wrong with that - first, the email/text has never appeared and second i do not like being asked to rate someone at a particular level. More work to do Honda to get even the basics right,.

Purchase of a new Honda forza 350
Daniel Kardos was very professional and a really nice guy to boot. The deal and options for service plans etc were explained to me and the purchase of my 350 Forza was a very smooth process that went like clockwork. There was a slight problem with the petrol cap that needed adjustment which was resolved on the day of collection. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

They kept the car for 8 hours and didn’t even touch it
I dropped off my car today at 9:15 AM for a booked service, knowing it would stay all day since time slots aren’t offered. However, I received no updates, and when I arrived at 5:30 PM, I was told the car hadn’t even been checked due to a busy schedule.
I was offered the option to leave it overnight for service tomorrow, but I need the car and can only bring it back next Monday. This situation caused significant inconvenience, requiring both me and my wife to adjust our work and household routines. Additionally, I spent around 40 minutes each way commuting twice and incurred extra transport costs—only to have no progress made.
I was told that an attempt would be made to prioritise my car next Monday, but there was no assurance that this would actually happen. Given that I fulfilled my part as a customer by dropping off the car on time and making it available all day, the least that could be done to compensate for the inconvenience would be to offer a scheduled service slot next week. Problems can happen anytime, of course, but customers shouldn’t be the ones paying the price for it.
