Disappointing Experience with Honda’s Sales Department
I recently bought a vehicle from Honda’s Chiswick dealership, and I feel utterly deceived. I was promised four complimentary services but received only two, with the remaining services now costing me extra.
When I addressed this with the sales team, I encountered a shocking level of arrogance. They dismissed my concerns, suggesting I should have read the fine print more carefully. Tharu, the business manager, was particularly rude and indifferent.
The service team even confirmed that I’m not the first customer to face this issue—many have experienced similar broken promises. It’s clear that Honda Chiswick prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction.
I will never return to Honda Chiswick and strongly urge potential buyers to think twice before trusting their promises.
Deposit Refund
After reading some of the negative reviews about this company I thought I should leave one as I had a different experience. From the beginning to the end Chiswick Honda MOTORCYCLES have been great. I dealt with Daniel who was very friendly and helpful and I placed a deposit on a motorcycle without viewing it due to long distance. 10 days later I decided to cancel my order through no fault of their own. I requested a full refunded and explained the reasons why, expecting this to be a struggle, and they agreed to my refund. Within five working days the full balance was refunded to my account. I can only assume each sales circumstances are different so in some cases a refunded isnt available however in my case they were great. Well done and thank you!
Be very careful if you take your Honda…
Be very careful if you take your Honda here from any repairs. My elderly father took his vehicle in for a diagnosis, was advised it requires new fuel injectors, they asked for the payment upfront, as we could leave the car there for over a week, unfortunately we had a car accident before the car could have the injectors fitted. I advised them of the situation and that the car will be written off, only to be told they can’t refund for the parts and I should take them and sell them on EBay. Are you kidding me, we get our car serviced here every year, probably would have bought a new replacement from you. Unfortunately you have lost a customer and shame on you for ripping off an old sick man!! I hope you get what’s coming to you Mustafa, you are a liar!!

This is being written on the behalf of Gary Mckirdy. We recently had a disappointing experience with Honda Chiswick following an incident involving a member of their staff driving away without paying for fuel which they had agreed to purchase after we bought a car off them, which caused us both inconvenience and concern.
We received a response from the garage stating that they would cover the cost of the unpaid fuel incurred by their staff member and offered an apology. While we appreciate that the dealership has agreed to reimburse the £50.20, we find the overall level of aftercare lacking.
Given the seriousness of the situation, we expected a more proactive and customer-focused response, including a meaningful goodwill gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.
We then contacted Mr. McDonald to ask why no goodwill gesture had been offered. He explained that he had discussed the matter with Mr. Ragudhas, and they both felt that an apology was sufficient.
We asked whether there was anyone more senior we could speak to, but Mr. McDonald informed us that there was not. Unfortunately, no such gesture has been offered, which leaves us feeling that the issue has not been taken as seriously as it should have been. Reimbursement alone does not fully address the poor customer service or the impact of the incident.
Overall, this experience has left us disappointed, and we would urge the dealership to reflect on how they handle customer concerns in situations like this.

have purchased two Honda Gold Wings from Honda Chiswick over 12 years, and I have relied on their service department completely. After my most recent visit, I discovered that the tracker on my bike was never reconnected. Upon investigation, it was clear that the engineer's negligence left the tracker offline, rendering my insurance void. Had the bike been stolen or if I had been in an accident, I would have had no coverage. This is not a minor oversight—this is gross negligence. I will never return to Honda Chiswick, and I strongly urge others to avoid them for their own safety and peace of mind.

Excellent Service at Honda Chiswick – Norton Way Group
I recently had my car repaired at Honda Chiswick and received outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Mustafa was attentive, professional and took real ownership when additional issues were identified, including arranging an additional courtesy car at no extra cost when the repair took longer than expected.
He also thoughtfully arranged a private workspace for me while I waited, which made a significant difference. During my visit I met the showroom manager, Lee Marzorati, who was welcoming and clearly committed to creating a positive and professional environment for both customers and staff.
Having visited the centre some years ago, I can genuinely say the atmosphere has improved significantly. The team now appear motivated, respectful and customer-focused. My car was returned in excellent condition and I am driving with renewed confidence.
This experience has restored my confidence in Honda and I would not hesitate to return or recommend this centre or the Norton Way Group.

recently had my MOT carried out at Honda Chiswick and wanted to share my experience, particularly highlighting the excellent service provided by technician Mr F Khan and customer service Mustafa
From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Mr Khan demonstrated a high level of expertise and attention to detail throughout the MOT inspection. He took the time to ensure everything was thoroughly checked and clearly explained any observations in a way that was easy to understand.
What stood out most was his professionalism and honest approach. It’s reassuring to know your vehicle is being handled by someone knowledgeable and genuinely committed to safety and quality work.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service at Honda Chiswick and would highly recommend them

I had the lovely experience of speaking with Mark (Parts Manager) at Chiswick Honda.
I have to say what a lovely gentleman he was over the phone. He was so polite professional & extremely helpful with my parts query; but only that, Mark was able to advise me on technical aspects of car servicing according to Honda’s recommendations. His experience within the automotive industry speaks volumes.
I have to say it was almost like speaking with a friend rather than a Manager at a Dealership. I really wish other Honda Parts Managers were like Mark but unfortunately far from it. Before ending the call Mark said to me that if you need any further help in the future than please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Now that’s what you call a

Too little time to undertake proper work
I brought my motor bicycle in for a service and inspection of damage after being dropped.
The service identified that the rear brakes and chain require replacing, however the dealership declined to undertake this work on the service as they don't have time. No follow up appointment or opportunity to leave the bike for this work to be completed was offered.
The damage from dropping the bike was superficially remedied, however it is clear following the work that the handlebars are bent. I imagine that this was not followed up due to the same time constraints on the dealership.
I was offered a tailored service plan, which it transpires is dealership specific and only covers certain parts; despite being sold as a drop it off and fix anything service.
The sales department were delightful and tried to offer me a bike fitting service for a new bike.
Overall, I shall not be returning to Chiswick Honda and I am quite perturbed to have a left a service with so much work outstanding on my bike.

I am privileged once again to have recently had the pleasure of interacting with Ravi Gehlot and Alexandra-Lavinia Sandu at Chiswick Honda. Although sad that my local honda at Wimbledon has closed, I was once again blown away by the fantastic level of customer service I received.
It was lovely to meet Ravi Gehlot and from the moment I went Ravi and lovely Alexandra went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met quickly and efficiently.
I was impressed with their professionalism, patience, and genuine care towards me taking the time to listen to my concerns, and offering clear and helpful solutions.
Being a Honda customer for the fourth time I can whole heartedly say for many years my journey with

One of the worst buying experiences…
One of the worst buying experiences buying a motorcycle I’ve ever had.
Shocking customer service from Chester in sales.
Recently purchased a motorbike from Honda Chiswick, after a multitude of issues and promises I’ve had no reimbursement or real solutions offered.
The bike was delivered with a nail in the rear tyre and it didn’t start!
I called Chester and the service department for a solution or advice, their offer was to ‘bring it in’ which isn’t very helpful when it doesn’t start AND has a punctured tyre.
I negotiated a spare key to be included in the deal, unsurprisingly that never came, nor did my £100 token to have it programmed, they failed to tell me that I need the immobiliser code to program a key, which they lost.
I’m waiting for the service document to be sent to me still, after waiting over a month for the bike to be delivered after purchase, I’m doubting the service was even done.
Now I’ve had no useful communication from Chester or anyone at Honda Chiswick, and I’m not hopeful of any reimbursement for the horrendous buying experience I’ve had from Honda Chiswick.
