I ordered a top-of-the-range Kia Sportage and told the salesman I needed it to go back to work. He assured me it would be less than three months, but probably sooner. That was December.
Now the manager says it will possibly be a June delivery.
I have lost the job I needed it for, and the manager accepts no responsibility. I am now going to buy from Nissan with a two-week delivery time. I hope you find this helpful.

***BEWARE*** 0 STARS
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent purchase of a new electric vehicle MG4 from MG Chiswick, which has proven to be deeply troubling and disappointing. From the onset, the vehicle was found to have a significant manufacturing defect - water ingress in the trunk - a problem that was initially present at the factory assembly and unfortunately, sold to me in this defective state. This defect was acknowledged by the dealer and confirmed by MG, pointing to a severe lapse in quality control and customer care.
A new car, especially one valued at such a high price, is expected to be sold without any defects, in perfect working condition, and to meet the highest quality standards. This vehicle has failed to meet those basic expectations. The discovery of a factory defect in a brand-new vehicle not only undermines the trust in MG's manufacturing standards but also raises serious questions about the transparency and ethical considerations of both MG and its dealership network.
The response to this issue has been equally disappointing. Despite MG Chiswick's acknowledgment of the defect and the acceptance of my rejection of the vehicle, there remains a profound lack of accountability from both the dealer and MG. The approach to rectify the situation, merely patching up the defect rather than addressing the fundamental issues with the vehicle's assembly, is unacceptable and does not inspire confidence in the durability and safety of the repair.
This experience has left me feeling exploited and deceived. The lack of pre-emptive action by MG to recall or inspect vehicles for this known defect is alarming, putting all drivers at potential risk, not to mention the significant impact on the vehicle's value and my financial loss. As the vehicle was sold with a known defect, its value has diminished considerably, and the prospect of selling it in the future has been severely compromised.
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I feel robbed of both my money and trust in a brand that I believed stood for quality and customer satisfaction. This situation has highlighted a significant flaw in MG's commitment to its customers and its quality assurance processes.
I urge MG and MG Chiswick to take immediate and comprehensive action to address this situation, not only for me but for all customers who may be unknowingly affected by similar issues. Failure to do so demonstrates a disregard for consumer rights and safety, and a lack of integrity within your operations.
I am left with no choice but to consider all available avenues, including legal action, to seek justice and reparation for the financial and emotional distress caused by this purchase. I hope this feedback prompts a thorough review of your manufacturing and customer service practices to prevent such an incident from happening again.

We were made to feel very welcome, Tharu is very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
After our test drive, Tharu answered all our questions and we agreed a good deal on the Purchase of the MG ZS EV Trophy Connect with our car as part exchange.
When we went to collect the car, the exchange was smooth and efficient.
Thank you Tharu for making the purchase enjoyable.

Everything was 100 percent thru was very polite and fully explained everything.
On the purchase of the MG excite manual, which I purchased for my nephew and I am now going to purchase the automatic exclusive through thru as he is very good and helpful and an excellent salesman. Also he delivered the MG excite to my door and was in no rush to explain things. He spent thirty minutes with me, showing me all the controls in the vehicle.
I am very pleased.

My MG 5, bought new June 2022 from Norton Way has now been in the repair shop (Honda Chiswick) for 49 days (this is this time, it has been in the repair shop for extended periods before) - I have asked for Norton Way to take this car back but they have refused as they say all faults are covered by the warranty. I have asked to speak to Mike Morris the head of business but as yet that has not happened. I have found a solicitor to help me but he needs an initial payment of 2.5k so I am really in a bind with this car. I just wanted to put my experience out there.

If I could give 0 I would. I am a disabled driver. I took car in to have a service and get a light taken off dash blared pretty trival tasks and was robbed out of £178 no works were even carried out.
I was told by a representative they do not have competent technicians and short staffed. Customer care and customer service non existent. After paying out of embarrassment I collected my car to find it was damaged on their forecourt and obviously are not taking responsibility, it was perfectly fine before it entered their forecourt. I would steer clear of this dealership. It not just about purchasing a car it’s about the level of competency and customer service you receive after.
They are fully aware there are plenty of faults on the MG and should not dismiss or disregard their customer when things go wrong which is highly unprofessional and deeply disappointing and do not follow their policy’s and procedures. Avoid at all costs
Very good service received from kash and James, very quick and prompt polite good customers service and communication
