Ok but could have been better
The experience was ok but could have been much better. There were key pieces of information that I feel you should have included like vehicle tax class and much more on how to make the most out if Epower. The sales assistant was friendly, genuine and tried her best but could have been better informed. The part that really upset me was having shook on a price and deal only to be told that a mistake had been made and that I had to pay more by approx £90. It took 4 attempts and my assertion that I would walk away for the dealer to go with the agreed price. Not good!

The whole experience was smooth, simple, and amazingly rapid. Adam made everything so easy for us, he explained everything, and is simply the best salesman (person??) We have ever dealt with. Cant fault the rest of the staff either, all are so friendly & extremely knowledgeable. An absolute pleasure from start to finish.

The whole experience of viewing and buying a car was relaxed and enjoyable. My salesman, Mr Bodman, was very polite and helpful and did not try and push me for a decision at any point. After the sale, It was made clear to me that I should contact them if I had any queries whatsoever.
