I ordered a dress from their site that I absolutely loved. I wore it ONE time and the strap broke, rendering it completely unwearable. I reached out to nothing but style customer service via email to inquire about a possible exchange or even a coupon code to purchase a second dress. They told me there is nothing they can do as I wore the dress. I completely understand the exchange policy, I just believe that their clothing should be better quality and last for more than solely one wear.

Be wary of false advertising when shopping
Be wary of false advertising with certain products on this site! Some of the pictures they advertise are not what they are selling. For example, the images used for their 'White Sheer Lace Plunge Flared Sleeve Crop Top' are fake. This is not the top I received. The top is similar, but it was incredibly cropped compared to the image on the site, it came just below my chest. If you like that fit then it wouldn't be a problem, but I wouldn't have purchased the top if it was advertised properly. I have since returned the item, and I am now having issues with this as they claim to not have received it. Luckily nothing proof of postage can't fix!
